I am a leader in the Chicago real estate market and I specialize in Lincoln Park, Gold Coast, and adjacent areas. Whether you are an experienced investor or a first time buyer, I can help you in choosing the «right» property, making an offer, negotiating, financing, getting the best mortgage rates, moving, and everything involved in making a smart real estate decision!

History

Established in 1994.

Millie worked diligently as President/CEO of the Habitat Company Brokerage Division, one of Chicago’s largest privately owned real estate firms, from 1994 – 2007, when Habitat merged with Baird & Warner. Millie was responsible for overall management, including promotion and development of new business opportunities.

During the past four years, she has procured over $ 500 million in residential developments, overseeing each from inception through the final sell-out. Millie recently sold 303 West Barry in Chicago for $ 21 million, which is an example of her talent at marketing unusual institutional or commercial properties for residential re-development.
