This place sucks! Total scam… We where given a total dollar amount of what it would cost to park our car there. When we came back it was more then originally told to us the guy was very rude to us when we where asking why a price jump. He didn’t want to answer and said it is what it is. I told them I would not be parking here ever again and would be writing a review about his parking garage and he had the nerve to say «I do this to at least 100 ppl a day, your review won’t matter» I couldn’t believe he said that. I would give
zero stars but unfortunately, you can’t.

Great place to park fast and friendly! awesome service with optional car wash!!! Used this pace countless times! My car had a bad battery and they even jump started it for me! 24⁄7 attendants and Security cameras so ur car is very safe. What more could u ask in a parking garage

The website CLEARLY states $ 13.00 or $ 13.50 daily for outdoor and $ 16.50 indoors. When we get there the guy only gave me the $ 16.500 indoor option (plus the sign in there had a cheaper option for outdoor which I pointed at to him, he still said «NO! $ 16.50 ONLY!) I thought, I’m here now, my car will be safe, let’d do this. ALL so that I can see him drive my car to the outdoor lot! Really!!! and to THINK that this guy could have been driving my car JUST AS CRAZY as he drove from the airport back to the lot is INSANE!!! He literally yelled for me to come inside to pay said «FOR PARKING AND SHUTTLE!» I thought sure however I thought shuttle was free and I would have tipped but not the way he was driving, there were five passengers in the car with me and we all just exchanged looks the whole time. Did I mention it was raining out??? Anyway, when I asked how much the shuttle was he said whatever I liked, I really thought, screw that! You should be refunding my money instead!!! Anyway, cute guy, but a REAL A-​HOLE! Won’t ever park here again and I need to park and fly again next week. Any recommendations anyone?

Highly recommend going with other parking options. We were charged $ 10 for a car wash we didn’t ask for, and then found the car to not have even been washed. Watch out for poor business choices here!

Horrible service! We called and were told 5 – 10 minutes for pickup. They came in 15, min no big deal. Very full and packed van. Walked into office to pay for parking and the guy was in there screaming on the phone and walking in and out without acknowledging me. About 5 min later he took my ticket and tried to charge me for 6 days when I was in fact only parked for about 4.5 days (expecting to pay for 5 days). After arguing and pointing at a calendar and teaching him how to count he finally agreed without apology. Waited another five minutes for them to pull the car around. When another man pulled the car around he got out out of the car and said «next time, call the office.» I asked him what he was talking about as we did call the office and give them our ticket number but he walked off. What rude service– been parking here for years, but never again!

Head the warnings I did not and now write a 1 star review only because I can not give 0 stars. I generally fly out of ord not mdw. Found this lot online booked reservation and showed up. Sorry lot is full have to go find another lot. Problem is he did not say it that nice and they were not full. He did not want to deal with a customer at 4:30am. So I got to pay the city of Chicago $ 36 per day instead… Nothing like pre planning just to have some lazy idiot ruin your day!

I can’t believe the good price and great service we received from Midway EZ Parking! They were friendly, prompt, and super inexpensive. We got home last Sunday very late from Las Vegas, and left our souvenir bag in the van. I called 5 days later, and they had it there waiting for us! They could not have been nicer! I would highly recommend Midway EZ Parking. Keep up the good work guys!

Make sure you confirm that your ticket is marked with the proper incoming time when dropping your car off. I was overcharged at the time of pickup despite having a printed copy of my reservation/​quote. The man who handled the check out, who was also holding my car keys as collateral, was rude and did not listen to what I was telling him. Persistent calling afterward and I was able to get ahold of the owner who was significantly easier to work with and I did end up receiving reimbursement for the extra day I was charged. Overall, more of a pain than I’d prefer just for a place to park.

Horrible horrible service. 2 phone calls and 30 min later… still waiting. We have used these guys numerous times in the past. They have always been great. Not today! Idk what happened but we will NEVER use them again.

Terrible. RUN AWAY! poor service — lots of hidden fees. Deceptive marketing and the price always changes. Three different people told me three different rates and charged me $ 50 for a little over two days parking. Lots of better option you should choose. When I mentioned this upon payment, I was treated very rudely.

I refuse to take the Orange line to Midway. There’s way too many interesting characters on that train. So on the rare occasion that I fly out of Midway I usually take a cab. However now I’ve found this cheap parking option.
Just make your reservation online for the best price. There’s indoor and outdoor parking options. The price is all inclusive (no hidden airport or tax fees). The shuttle drops you off and picks you up fairly quickly. Open 24 hours.
I recommend parking here.

I do not recommend. The shuttle is very unsafe and the driver almost hit three people. We made q mistake and went to the wrong airport. They charged us for 10 minutes of parking even though the signs said «one hour grace period» and «first hour is free.» If I could give this place minus five stars I would.

So I’ve used Midway EZ Parking many times and I think today was my last time. There wasn’t one specific incident that caused my two star rating (if 2.5 stars was an option i would’ve rated 2.5), but overall not a great experience. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS HOW SELDOM THEIR SHUTTLES COME AND THE WAIT TIME. I constantly see three of Midway Park Ride & Fly’s pull up to the terminal to pick up their customers before Midway EZ Parking sends one vehicle. I’VE BEEN WAITING 20 MINUTES ON AVERAGE EACH WAY and that’s not acceptable.
I have had some OK experiences here, but the bad have definitely outweighed the good.
Pros:
— Location off of central vs. congested Cicero
— Ability to have your car washed while you’re traveling
— Clean Vans
Cons:
— Majority of the people who work here are not very friendly. They are especially rude when you call them to send the shuttle.
— I’ve seen them be very nasty to people who accidentally got the parking companies mixed up and not offer them a ride back to the terminal.
— THEY USUALLY ONLY RUN ONE SHUTTLE AT A TIME, WHICH TRANSLATES INTO 20 MINUTE WAIT TIMES (I’VE WAITED NEARLY 30).
— Located directly adjacent to the train tracks, which frequently slows you down after exiting their garage.
Overall, I am going to either start parking at Midway or at a competitor (Midway Park Ride & Fly got great Unilocal reviews, so I’ll probably try them next).

Used this place for the last 3 years. The last 3 times I used it whe called for a pick up I was left waiting over 20 – 30 minutes. Will never use this place again! Use the other place down the street! Better service and cheaper!

Check in seemed easy but beware! It took over 20 minutes waiting for the driver to leave. We were loaded into the van as another party pulled up and they waited for them to park their car, check in and bring their luggage. We waited in the van for over 15 minutes. I told the driver our flight left in one hour and his response, «you’ll be fine.» Never again!!! Use another service!
