History

Established in 2004.

I am a graduate of Cortiva University, formerly known as the Chicago School of Massage Therapy where I graduated in 2003. In 2004, I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Illinois and also became certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I have been working in the fitness and wellness industry for the last 16 years.

Business Owner

I have been working in the wellness industry for the last 16 years. As a child, I was a competitive gymnast which led me to have a strong passion for physical fitness and healing. In 1998, I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). In 2003, I graduated from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy (now known as Cortiva University). In 2004, I became licensed in the state of Illinois as Massage Therapist and also became certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). I am very passionate about my work and I see myself as a healer, both physically and energetically.
