They cannot get an order right if their life depended on it. The food was good but the order was totally wrong I don’t understand how you could screw that up.

There isn’t much consistency with the employees. I’ve come here on very few occasions and each time I specified no onions or extra Mac sauce or cheese, I end up paying for extra things only to not receive them. Once going thru the drive thru, a short Hispanic woman was on her tippy toes trying to reach over to give me my beverage, the beverage fell and she gave me an attitude and tried to charge me for another beverage. I avoid going here since then.

The only reason I ever go here is to get a breakfast meal when nothing else is open and I’m desperate. I only use the drive-through. But every single time I have ordered a breakfast meal from here, they ask what drink, I say coffee, and they UP-CHARGE the coffee to a L! I have to request they change it to the complementary size that comes with a meal. And the woman is totally smug about it! Im sure they are trained to do this. Thats FKEDUP, McDonalds. What provoked me to finally write a review is because the last time I went there, not only did they upcharge the coffee, as usual, they completely got my sandwich wrong!(Btw mcgriddles are nasty nononono) Also when your going through the drive-through on the way to work, if you happen to notice your order is wrong, there isn’t exactly time to «get it fixed». Im so done w this company. BYE.

I love McDonald’s but this is the worst location I’ve been to. I’ve been here at least 5 times when I was desperately hungry at night but never again. EVERY single time I’ve came, they give us cold food, forget things, and serve sweet teas that taste like straight water. My reason for never coming back– I just left here an hour ago(2am) and was at the drive thru. I ordered 20 piece nuggets and this chubby Latina woman said it would take 3min. I was fine with that– pulled over as she suggested and waited way over 3min. 4 cars have already passed by and the 5th car pulled up to us and said, «hey, they wanted me to tell you that your nuggets are ready.» Wtf? You can’t walk to deliver our food? And you got a customer doing your job? You’re so lucky my man was with me or my pregnant ass would’ve jumped through that drive through window and shove the food in your face. I’ve never been so unhappy with any company. Yes, you might get paid shit, but if you’re on the job, do it right.

Horrible fish sandwich rock hard bun! This low quality of food makes me believe angry employees hate the customer, just touching the bun it’s ROCKHARD The fish smells so fishy it makes me sick to my stomach, so so so sick of mcdonalds … Disgusting food, rude people and terrible corporation, I’ve made more complaints to corporate than I can count and still get no feedback or see any difference, what a sad sad shame.

McDonald’s: the death of America. After watching Super Size Me, I should be staying away. But, it’s convenient having a McDonald’s location just 2 blocks away from home. Fast food fills stomachs swiftly. This spot has a decent amount of outlets for charging purposes and their WiFi is decent. The downside though is the large amount of teenagers who dine in and make their presence known. If I can hear you talking when I’m walking in, I can certainly hear you sitting two tables away.

What I do to understand is how this one is so well run and their other location at 4320 N Cicero Ave is run so horribly. I give it 3 starts because they never fill anything to the level it should be. drinks, parfait, ice cream etc. They under do everything but charge you full price.

I went thru the drive thru and waited more than 7 minutes to get from the pay place to get my 6 breakfast sandwiches, 4 hasbrowns, a coffee, and a soft drink, I just asked for syrup and jelly. The Latina with serious attitude said .28 for syrup… and Iiiiii gave you jelly. After searching the bag and seeing 4 ketchups(which I did not ask for) I said it’s not here. I fork over the .28 cents you gives me the syrup and no jelly. Politely, I again ask for jelly. She says HERE… I put it in the bag… and darn near throws me two jelly packages. If the food wasn’t for my work crew, I would have returned everything for a refund! This is the second time around for bad service here… no wonder the wait in drive thru is so horrible! NEVER again!

What I especially like about this McDonald’s is that their internet works, and the outlets to charge up your computer are easy to get at. I have gone to a couple of McDonald’s, one is on Elston, where they couldn’t figure out how to set up their internet, and there is one in Lincoln Square that only has one outlet, located in an odd spot under the table. You have to be a contortionist to get to it. This particular McDonald’s also has a plug that you can use outside. I am not very fond of McDonald’s since I am a vegetarian, and it is fast food, so how spectacular can it be. They are decent about getting your order to you on time, but I usually only order a coffee and a couple of apple pies anyway. Lately their hot mochas are slightly powdery tasting.
