The staff is fine, food is the usual McD’s flavor. Be ware, there numerous tiny flies near the window seating. I told the sales represent and the store manager and they said it was due to the high humidity, they were polite. If they have a fly problem, it should be addressed before or after business hours. It is not acceptable to have tiny flies crawling up your table, arms and food.

Stupid f*cks couldn’t even get a order correct. All I asked for was a large number 2 with a coke and they gave me 2 cheeseburgers. How hard is it to press a picture on a screen. What the F*ck…

Honestly, during the day this place is good for a McDonald’s. I work early morning and late at night jobs, and it’s during the night time and early morning when it get’s infuriatingly bad: 1) They’ll mess up the order. And it’s one thing if you didn’t hear me right, but there’s a screen that shows both you and me what I am ordering and what you put in the screen. So you can’t argue that you didn’t hear me. Once I got burritos when I was the only customer there and nothing I said sounded remotely like burrito. 2) If you hate your job, don’t work there. I was calm and polite when I asked if they could change the menu outside, because they were only serving breakfast and it was showing the daytime menu, and honestly, I didn’t remember the numbers so I couldn’t precisely tell them what I wanted. Next thing I know, I’ve got a pissed off work who slings the menu around and storms off. 3) Sometimes they don’t take any credit or debit cards during the late night, and it’s not even consistent so you can’t say«well he went once and it happened, he should know by now». It’s not on any signs nor is it a standard for this company. It’s just this place that won’t take cards at a certain time despite the fact that every other McDonald’s does it. So here’s the real kick in the pants: when I’m done with another 17 hour day, I’ll go there, order everything I want, I’m ready to receive my hot food after a long day so I can go home eat my food and fall asleep, and then once I’m at the 2nd window(because we’ve been told to come to that one), they’ll tell you they don’t take credit or debit at that moment. Suddenly you’re angry over the inconsistency, waste of time, and now you’re hangry(hungry and angry) because you have to find another store open at that time. In conclusion: Eat there during the day. At night time or during the early morning, go find somewhere else that’s open at that time or go to your home/work and be sad in your hunger

I hate this Mcdonalds. They have messed up my order so many times, I usually drive to the next closest location on Irving Park. They should just burn this place down and start over, it’s a lost cause. I’m not sure if the employees are just completely stupid, or if they just barely speak English, but if you can somehow avoid this location, please do so.

Ordered 3 Fillet O Fish, 2 Large Fries, 20 pieces McNuggets, 1 Jalapeño Double, Apple pies in the drive thru. We got everything apart from the 3 sandwiches! This is not the first time this happened. This is the Nth time. For the love of God why can’t people do their jobs right even with the aid of computers? And these people are asking $ 15/hour? The world has gone mad! Really mad! If there’s ZERO stars I could have given it in this review!

Ordered without cheese due to medical issues… they serve me my item with cheese, I then tell them I ordered without cheese… what do they do? Take it back and peel off the cheese as best as they can and attempt to reserve me the same item. To hell with this place, should fire the management… horrible store.

Cleaner than your average location. Average customer experience. Everyone in the booths near the registers are wearing jackets. Moved to back, not as cold, but still too cool.

What do you expect? It’s a McD’s. But good luck trying to get decent service here. The employees treat you more as an annoyance than a customer and are notorious for taking their sweet time getting your food. Do not be surprised to wait 20 minutes to get a simple meal at the drive thru. The only reason why this place is not a 1 star joint is that its a chain store, so the quality is basically comparable to all other McDonald’s in the country.

Free wi-fi. A definite Latin vibe. Clean and well maintained. Service was fast and accurate. The food was what you’d expect from this fast food giant. Do check the prices… The oatmeal with a medium orange juice was listed at 4.28 on one sign and 4.88 on another. The 4.88 is no bargain — about sixty cents more than buying the two items separately. We didn’t order that combo so we don’t know how it would have been rung.
