I have been a long time customer of Bedding Experts on Halsted and 35^th. So, when they moved, I didn’t know where to go. Luckily Unilocalers guided me here. I went in one hour before they close, and was immediately greeted by Justin. He was very helpful and friendly. He got me a great deal, and saved me from driving to the next closest Bedding Experts. I’m so glad I’ve found me a new mattress store.

First time buying a bed. Bobby was very helpful and very knowledgable. Did not try to sell me something he knew I wouldnt need. Was very upfront with pricing and information and got me a really great bed for a really good price.

From beginning to end, this place delivered. My husband and I were greeted with friendly hello and from a manager who quickly summoned a salesman to help with our search for a new mattress. The showroom was big, bright, with lots of selection in stock, plus free parking. We weren’t big purchasers that day… just a twin set for our child’s first bed… but the service we received was impeccable. The sales guy (I wish I could remember his name) gave us a great deal & made sure we got the right fit for our needs. This location will be our first stop next time we’re in the market for a new mattress!

This place was pretty busy, which is usually a good sign. My salesman, Tony, was really efficient at jumping between me and another customer like pro. Really happy with my experience here. Ended up getting a firm Posturepedic which is super comfortable.

My husband and I needed a mattress for our new house and had our minds made up about a certain brand of hybrid mattresses. Bobby took the time to explain the differences between the different high end mattresses in the store and after several days of back and forth and checking out deals at other stores we decided to go with a Tempurpedic. He treated us like family from the moment we walked in the store, and we are waiting on our invite over for Thanksgiving ;-)

One can’t really deny that a good night’s sleep is of the utmost importance in life and so the quest for a great mattress is likely up there with finding the world’s largest emerald. Luckily, visiing this particular location of Mattress Firm is actually much better than finding the world’s largest emerald; it’s more rewarding, more refreshing, more exhilarating and way more life changing – way more. Buying a Mattress from the men who work here is likened to when a man puts on the Three Wolf Moon t-​shirt: everything just gets better and you instantly become more attractive to the opposite sex. Overall, you just start winning at life.
On the rainy Monday morning that I decided to make my visit to Mattress Firm, I had no idea that my life would be forever changed. When I walked in with my Chicago Bulls tank top on, I was greeted with a «BULLS!» Initially, I thought this young, spirited man was yelling «BALLS!» at me (which I would have equally enjoyed, if not more) but then I remembered my shirt and realized this man was simply excited about the sport of basketball. His name was Joe and he quickly became the missing link in my life. Joe not only knows more about mattresses then the inventor of the mattress, he also knows a great deal about thread count in sheets. You’d be surprised how useful all of the knowledge Joe retains is. I actually felt my IQ go up 30 points after our first conversation. Additionally, Joe has swagger and was wearing his suit and tie like he was doing it a favor. Although Joe was not my main contact for my mattress sale, he was just as helpful, humorous and overall a joy to be around. Did I mention I got smarter from just standing next to him? Because yeah, I definitely did. (Most of the big words I am using in this review were taught to me by Joe).
For as many great things as I have to say about Joe, I can say just as many incredibly wonderful things about Antonio. As you can see from reading other reviews, Antonio is the PROM KING of this Mattress Firm. He is the guy in high school whose locker you REALLY WANTED to be next to yours; and when you found it was, you basically died, then came back to life because you couldn’t possibly have daily locker conversations with Antonio from the grave. Antonio is fit, strong like bull and very charming. I imagine he sells mattresses just by staring at humans; his charisma is similar to that of the love child of Harrison Ford circa 1982 and a panther. My experience at this location would not have been the same had it not been for Antonio; he is the part of your life that you never knew was missing. You can only know this by going to meet Antonio and I instruct you to run, not walk, to do so.
As wonderful as both Joe and Anotnio were, my Mattress Firm trip was pushed over the edge of «this is the greatest day of my life» by Justin. Justin exceeded every single expectation I had for buying a mattress. I thought I was going to walk in and hear about springs, and coils and good night sleeps but Justin wasn’t having this. He not only applauded my goal of wanting to lie down on every single mattress in the store, he encouraged it and cheered me on as I did so. He made sure I was comfortable & carefully and meticulously guided me through the difference between each type of mattress and demonstrated sleeping positions that were so graceful and amazing, I would have thought he was a modern dancer at Joffrey. This guy possesses the sense of humor of every best
date you’ve ever been on; this allows you to make your mattress selection while simultaneously burning calories via laughter. He also wears a ring that has powers like the Schwartz ring on Spaceballs, only better. He uses this ring for good and not for evil. Justin will not only inform you about what he believes will ultimately the best choice for you sleep wise, but he will also help you through the financial aspects of purchasing the mattress as well. In my case, Justin actually made it RAIN money inside the mattress store; this was partially due to his dance moves and also due to the moment where he took a blade to one pillow and ripped out a wad of one hundred dollar bills. He gave them to me with a hug then asked if he could brush my hair; naturally I said yes. It was through this, along with his ability to give me the absolute BEST possible price he was able to give, that I could afford my amazing new mattress. Where as Antonio is the Prom King of this Mattress Firm, Justin is the Barack Obama. He doesn’t need to be Prom King; he is leader of the free world and he will give you the best night’s sleep you’ve ever had to prove it.
Truly, these guys are top notch; if you want a good time, don’t call someone’s Mom – go to this Mattress Firm. You’ll not only get a better deal than you imagined, you’ll get smarter, lose weight, suddenly become irresistible to the opposite-​and same-​sex, and have a memory you can tell your great grandchildren about.

These guys deserve their 5 star rating. We got in and out in under an hour, and these guys worked within our price range. They matched competitor pricing as well. Highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new mattress!

Antonio helped me finance my first mattress since 1997 (don’t judge). He was friendly & incredibly knowledgable!!! He patiently walked me through all the differences between each brand & style… Over & over, but I finally chose a BeautyRest, had it delivered the next day, & have been sleeping so much better ever since.
