I had worked with Matt in the past, so I have known him now for about 2 years. I can say that my buying experience with Matt and Wintrust was a great one. I had a complicated situation that required considerable back and forth to clear up all purchase barriers, but Matt worked with me closely over the period of about 90 days to make sure that I got the home of my dreams. I truly felt as if I was Matt’s only client because he always made himself available and responded very quickly to the multitude of questions that I had. As this was the first time either my fiancé or I had purchased a home, we were unsure of the process we would need to go through.
