If I could give no stars, I would. My friend raves about them – caring family business, etc. I tried supporting them, calling weeks in advance to set up a carpet cleaning. The fact that they didn’t answer the first 2 times I called should have been hint enough. I did finally meet a gentleman, explain what I’d like to have done, set up a date WEEKS in advance (’cause my schedule is tight), allowed them to pick the time… and they didn’t show. When I called, I got a cryptic, «Maybe tomorrow? I’ll call back.» An hour later and I’m still waiting.
What? I work so I can pay for you. No thanks – this is way too amateurish. I’d rather pay more for someone who will actually show up ROUGHLY when you plan for it.
