I had a dental accident as a child and had to get a crown and veneer replaced on my two front teeth. I had been putting this off for some time! Dr. Diachenko was the 3rd dentist I talked to/met with for this work. We discussed the possibility of Invisalign as well. Even though I agreed to the initial imaging and xrays for Invisalign, I ultimately decided against it due to the investment of time and cost. They never made me feel pressured, or like they couldn’t do a good job on the crown and veneer work unless I bought into Invisalign. They explained everything to me, all my options, presented multiple treatment plans, and let me drive the process. I just had the final round completed and they did a FABULOUS job. Dr. Diachenko and Johanna(Sp?) are the best, I highly recommend them for any dental work. These were my two front teeth, so I was really nervous about the outcome and they look beautiful and improved over my old teeth. I couldn’t be happier! On a side note, Dr. Diachenko is the first and only dentist that I have ever been to where I didn’t feel even a PINCH of the Novocaine injection. She was super understanding of my dental anxieties, too(Having been through the accident as a child), and she’s funny and personable. I’m a happy customer!

The best dentist I have ever worked with. I first went to her for a second opinion after a different local dentist told me I needed elaborate work that seemed odd to me. She took a look at the X-rays the other office sent over, said that I was fine and what they were proposing was both odd and not supported by the facts. She saved me over 5k in needless work. I have seen her for emergencies, cleanings and everything in between. She is expert in tmj issues and sensitive to the needs of patients with related problems. I had what I thought was a tmj issue that she examined, she determined it to be a different problem and refered me to follow up with a physician, correctly analyzing something that had been mis-diagnosed previously. Dr. Diachenko is not just a great dentist and a highly knowledgable professional she is also a pleasure to talk to and is a wonderful person. I Can’t recommend her enough.

I have been going to Dr. Diachenko for 8 years and have found her to be professional, courteous and thorough. She never suggests things I don’t need and is honest about the best course of action to take. The office is extremely clean and professional as well.

It’s too bad that the only other reviewer here had an insurance snafu, but I believe it should be up to the individual to make sure a service provider is INPLAN before seeking service. In these days of sneaky insurance companies, how can you not take full responsibility for paying for care? All unpleasantness aside, my entire family and I have been going to Marianne Diachenko for years, and she’s a stellar dental professional. Same goes for her office! Everyone on staff there is courteous and thoughtful. Scheduling is easy, and billing and followup is also a breeze. I would not hesitate to recommend Marianne or anyone else in the office to someone looking for a new dentist. Period. End. Of. Story.

Dr. Marianne Diachenko is a very good denitist. However, her office is TERRIBLE. If you want to go here one year and then have them sneakily charge you additional fees the next time, this is your place. I was told(by them) that they accepted my insurance and were in my plan, THEN all of a sudden on my next visit they don’t and they NEVER informed me. I feel tricked and will NEVER go here again. I received services under false pretenses they knew I believed.(all they had to do was check my file and realize this). Common courtesy is obviously not part of their business ethics. Watch out if you take this risk! You might end up like me with several unexpected bills…
