Dear Francisco,
As the director of the official Mariachi Monumental de Mexico, I am sorry to hear you had such a negative experience with the group you hired. I respectfully disagree with the review stated below and find many inconsistencies with the group hinted that you hired. The official Mariachi Monumental de Mexico prides itself in its professionalism, talented musicians both vocally and musically, and customer satisfaction. The group has previously been a victim of hoax and poor representation by fierce competitors who seek to take advantage and resort to what you refer to as «bait and switch,» and falsely take on our name, for their poorly managed groups.
As the director of the group I take this allegations seriously and would like to follow-​up with you. Please have the name of your contact person, the contract, and any footage, pictures, etc. of the event that you have available. If in fact it is the official Mariachi Monumental de Mexico that I represent, I would be more that happy to offer you some type of compensation for your lack of satisfaction. As I mentioned before, the satisfaction of our customers is our priority. As the director, I always ask the customers for input after the event, and this would have been addressed directly by me to the group members, and some type of arrangement would have been made to ensure your satisfaction.
I will be following up with you personally to clarify your negative experience, and we will be more than happy to direct you to our legal team that has previously dealt with hoaxes that represent our group.
