Arrived Friday afternoon and got my tire fixed in less than 30 minutes. Nice customer service. Thanks!

Wish there is a zero star as my rating. I went there the other day to get my tire fixed.
The guy told me that they can’t patch the tire as it is already patched and no way to fix it so it needs to be replaced. He showed me a brand new tire for $ 80 my car is a compact car and has small tires and $ 80 is a bit too high I asked for a used one the guy showed me a used but not the same size as mine it’s a tiny bit wider than my tires since I was in a hurry that day on my way to a job interview I said it’s okay. So all was fine until I was paying. This lady she maybe the owner told me its $ 37, $ 15 used tire $ 20 to put in and $ 2 to dispose of the old tire. So I reacted I said Jesus Christ!!! (I’m sure most of us will react the charge was way too high) and she had an attitude and said with the thick accent (she’s polish) don’t Jesus me maybe ask Jesus for money and the person inside the room I think it was her daughter chuckled and when I asked for a receipt she said she will charge me tax– really!!! Since I was in a hurry to get out of there I said forget it and took off.
This place is overpriced and the owner is a bitch!!!
I will never coming back there ever again!

If I could give no stars I would. The customer service is terrible, rude owner and employees. I waited 45 minutes just for them to allow another customer to cut in front of me, so I took my business to Andys Tires on Belmont Ave. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great customer service, cheap prices and only 5 minutes away!

Not much that I can say, they promised me they would be able to fix my daggers tire and or replace it with a used tire with the same about of of life as the other 3 they did try to sell me a tire pressure sensor for said flat tire for $ 80.00 i declined the offer and located the sensor on several web site for $ 15.00 or less. being mechanic myself i was aware the it only needed a shredder valve for the tire the service was fast and friendly the shop being opportunistic lost a lot of points with me as i thought of the hundreds of woman that have gotten got and i say that cause the offer of a 80.00 valve that i didn’t need and a price quote for like 4 – 500.00 they gave this female that was at the shop at the same time and i advised her to go elsewhere as she could get all four tires new mounted and balanced for less that five hundred buck

That’s the place to go get your tires! Used or new. I see some negative reviews because of used tires — if u buying a used tire, remember that that’s a used tire, not new and with no warranty so don’t judge them that they sold you bad tire and it blew after month or so. The second thing I’ve noticed in reviews are complains about service entrace in the back of the store — it’s logical that if you need a service the place you should start from is OFFICE that is in front of the store. I’m their customer from years and they’re doing great job and are honest with everything. I’ll deffinitely reccomend that place to everyone!

I had a quickly leaking tire, so I pulled up to the back as instructed by the sign. After a few minutes the door comes flying open and a guy SCREAMS at me to move my car. A car goes rolling out and then down comes the door. That should have been my first clue to just move on.
After knocking on the door they finally let me in. Dingy, no frills place – I’m fine with that. Rows and rows of used rims and stacks of grubby-​looking tires. Fake-​looking graffiti labeling the rims saying things like: «Polish Mafia,» «Only God Can Judge Me,» and stupid stuff like that.
The guy maybe said three words to me the whole time. Jacked up my car and fixed the leak. He basically acted like I wasn’t there. I tried to strike up a conversation, but he pretended like he didn’t hear me. I’ll give them 2 stars since the price was right. $ 10 and on my way.

Agreed this is a no-​frills place, but you can keep your uniforms and your bad coffee if all I’m paying is $ 32 to have a tire replaced on my Corolla and I’m in and out in 15 minutes. That’s for a used tire. Be sure to check the tire because I’ve bought a couple duds from this place that developed a slow leak after a few months. Just make sure the treads are decent and the sidewalks aren’t cracked.

I had a flat tire, and they were able to put on a used one and get me up and going in about 30 minutes and for less than $ 40. Way better than buying a new tire just for a flat or a full set of new tires.

If there was a negative in ratings this place would take the gold. I replaced my two front tires 3 months ago, completely SHOT, bald. No grip. My back tires look better then the front and they haven’t been replaced in over a year of having my car. Then I go to call the place to give them a heads up! What happens? The «boss» Alina decides to give me a hard time and proceeded to yell and give a HOSTEL attitude. Couldn’t believe this was a high rated business. Never again.

this place is horrible!!! I almost died loosing the wheel after their «intervention»… as I see reading reviews, I’m not the only one who almost lost life… BE AWARE PEOPLE!!! this place is NOT WORTH your money, your time, and most of all, life… I’ve talked to the towing guy who helped me move the car to the workshop, apparently there is a lot of cases where people were unhappy with this place, either having trouble after their «fix», being cheated or being treated rude at the place. This place should be shut down.

I came here with a leaky rim. But it was really the seal between the tire and rim that was leaky. They grind the rust off the rim and use wheel bearing grease to grease the rim which makes an almost 100% seal to the tire vs. the black tire ‘grease’ that does about a 90% job. I’ve gotten other rims wire brushed and then greased and it works 100% every time. I’ve gone from tires going to 10 psi in a month to having them hold 32 psi for an entire year! Yes a year. Not every place will grease your rim. These guys do it for a great price.

I just called this place and I gotta tell you, they have absolutely NO phone etiquette! If you can’t even answer the phone and a question professionally then there is no way that I will EVER do business here!!!

Top rate business. I tried to order a tire from sears. Two weeks later they told me they could not get the tire and I would have to come in to get my money back. Majestic ordered my tire and put it on the next day. Very fast, reasonably priced and about two blocks south of sears.

I was there over the weekend. I hate to bad mouth anyone but i dont want anyone to received the type of unsatisfactory treatment that I received.
These folks are rude! The older lady and older man are just rude. unhelpful.
And while I was there for over an hour i noticed these folks charge white people more and blacks less.
So all I can think about is how much are they gonna charge me?
I dont know how these folks are still operating.
It must be one of those shops where you go there once and never go back

I needeed to get a new rim due to the fact that mine was bent… I made a very good judgement call by coming here… I have a Saturn SL 2 sedan, and a few people had quoted me a price alot higher than here.
The new rim and my old tire mounted and balanced was $ 43.00, total. a great deal. These people are very honest and nice, give them a try and you will not be dissapointed/.

This was my first time using the services of Majestic. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Fast, polite, and excellent service. The price was right too! I will definitely be a long time customer! It is great to find a place in the neighborhood that I can support.

This place is incredible. I drive a Dodge Durango and recently had my spare tire stolen. I went in to Majestic a day before I had to drive to Montana and they set me up with everthing in a matter of minutes. They gave me an incredible price, the service was extremely friendly and I was in and out amazingly fast. Patronize this business! They are too great.

This is the place to go for tires!!! I would avoid Sears at all costs, but even without comparing it to the HORRIBLE service at SEARS, this place rocks. (see my review for Sears)

About a year ago my husband was driving his car on Irving Park Rd going west and hit a huge pot hole and killed his rim and tire. We needed it fixed fast and at a good price. His old rims were very rare so there was no way of getting just one and ordering one would take forever and seemed very pricey so a friend recommended Majestic. We got 2 new tires 4 new rims and paid only a little more than what we would have to pay for one. Beside the other rims were pretty beat up as well. It didn’t take long and we left the store very happy.

This is not the place for ambience, or a «totally awsome» tire experience, but if you have an almost flat, you can drive up, & be on your way usually within 20 — 30 minutes, I purchased tires @ Goodyear before, & wound up spending a morning or afternoon waiting for tires. Here, they give you a price, & don’t nick you for valve stems, balancing, or taking them off & putting them on the car, or putting air in them. The guy who replaced my tires tested them, circled the holes, showed them to me, & with his extensive english vocabulary was able to say «No Good». I nodded, & had him show me to the pile of new tires, & walked away w/​2 new tires, balanced, & put on the front wheels (when the leak was on a rear tire), for $ 160.00.
If your tires are in good shape, a repair & rebalancing is $ 30.00
They work quickly, & their prices are reasonable. They also have hub caps in case you’re missing one or four.
