After alerting Anne, Mario’s wife and office manager, that our lawn hadn’t been mowed for two weeks in May, instead of getting to the bottom of the cause (it seems they may have been cutting our neighbor’s lawn sometimes) she immediately told me I was calling her husband a liar and sent me several all-​caps emails telling me to «chill out» and «keep (my) money in (my) purse». It’s too bad to know that that’s how they handle business when a dispute arises; we had been customers for two summers and, after this exchange, had to part ways. Previously, I would have recommended them, but now I simply cannot. It’s a completely inappropriate and unprofessional way that they’ve decided to conduct their business.
