Luxus Limousine Services

We had a party of 12 for wine tasting for the first time. We used Luxus Limousine from Schaumburg. The experiences from begin to end was more than what we all expected.
Punctual, professional, clean, friendly, and super reasonable rates, there’s is no hidden charges what more can you ask for? Give them a try! Great people to work with!

Terrible service! From the beginning I was hesitant to book this company for my wedding because it took multiple calls just to get a hold of the owner to set up a time to look at his vehicles and choose. When we finally met up with him he seemed uninterested to show us his fleet and book our business. 4 months went by, and I hadn’t heard anything from the company. I had to call 3 days before my wedding to confirm they were still coming. Worst of all was the service we received the day of our wedding. Although the driver was on time, the limo was decorated, and our mini bar was stocked, she seemed an extremely inexperienced driver. Since the limo was too large to make a turn at the end of my block, she refused to pull up in front of my house and wanted me and my wedding party to walk down the street to get in. Finally my brother convinced her this was not right, and she slowly reversed in. After our ceremony we were to be taken to a garden about 45min– 1hr away from the church for pictures, but this turned into a 1 ½ drive because she was going about 40mph in a 55mph limit expressway. When we arrived we were only allowed 45 min for pictures because she needed the same amount of time to get to our reception. We ended up being charged $ 300 more because our initial drop off time was extended 1 ½ hrs, and I was late 30 min to my own reception. I am extremely upset about having to deal with this company for my wedding, and do NOT recommend them for anything as important as your wedding day.

We had a great experience with Luxus. I booked the 28 person party bus for our wedding on 10÷4÷13. From booking to wedding day everything went smoothly. Their prices are very fair and they were willing to be flexible for anything I needed. The bus was clean, stocked, and decorated on the outside with our wedding colors! Our driver was on time and very friendly. We received a champagne toast when we boarded the bus after the ceremony which was a nice surprise! Overall, my husband and I were very please with the service we were provided. I would definitely recommend them! P. S. All of their vehicles are amazing! the Hummer was my favorite! (I didn’t book it because I wanted a vehicle that was going to be easy in and out for all us ladies in big dresses! haha)

Typically, I don’t complain about things. However, the service we got for my wedding warrants a bad review here to warn others of this business (or the service at least).
Booking our limos went very well. We got a limo for the girls and a party bus for the guys and all of us after the church. The limo for the girls went great and, for the most part, the bus was great, on time, and nice (a bit warm in the back but there’s a ton of people).
Not too far from the church, we were on a busy section of North Avenue, near Melrose Park. I seem to notice the driver looking off to the side, not paying attention. Thinking he was just glancing somewhere and would slow down for the car that switched lanes in front of him (we couldn’t have been moving more than 20mph with traffic), I didn’t say anything. Turns out I should have. The driver smashed the brakes, causing all of us to fly towards the front of the bus. I don’t mean just slide on the seats slowly either. We had two young children with us (my nephew and new cousin). One of them the ring bearer, the other a junior groomsman. We stopped so fast that all of us flew to the front, including the children. My ring bearer went so fast and hard to the front of the bus that his head broke one of the glass holders screwed into the wall. Luckily the glasses were made of plastic. Even still, my nephew got a HUGE gash on his forehead and cheek.
Now I know accidents happen but here is where the bad service started. After this near accident, not only did the driver not ask if we were okay, he didn’t apologize. He just kept saying «This f&#&ing guy cut me off!» Even if that was true, apologize for injuring the people in your vehicle at the very least. My wife’s cousin hit the pole in the middle of the bus during this as well, but he seemed to be mostly okay. Seeing that we didn’t want to miss my wedding, we continued on to the church and my groomsmen were going to deal with getting the bus fixed and see about getting a new driver. A new driver didn’t happen but the bus was cleaned up (I forgot that there were skid marks on the floor from our shoes when we tried to stop ourselves).
The driver was hounding me for money as well. I planned on paying him later after I spoke with someone about the issue. Turns out he refused to drive us without money. Later on I found out that the person my best man talked to said he needed to speak to me since I made the reservation. While I didn’t want to deal with this on my wedding day, I decided to call the manager (maybe owner?) back. I believe his name was David. Talking with David was a terrible experience. He told me he’s had this driver for a long time without issues (that may be true, but you have an issue now). He also told me the driver said we were all standing when he stopped. Let me point out that not a single one of us was standing or even shifting around in the seats. So the driver lied to cover himself. The only thing David did, apart from being extremely rude and unapologetic (at this point, my nephews gash was super swollen), was try to give me $ 50 off. I hung up because it was my wedding day and shouldn’t have to deal with this. We already paid the driver anyways since he wouldn’t move.
When we got to our hall, the driver again tried to hound me for money, this time for the girls limo (and I guess my groomsmen gave him half just to keep him from not taking us to the hall). My groomsmen dealt with the driver and worked out the girls limo for free and an extra $ 100 off (I took out the $ 50 mentioned by David and the tip). I have been on my honeymoon since this happened so I’m unsure how my nephew’s head turned out. When I get an update, I will post pictures.
Long story short (tl;dr), avoid this company like the plague. They don’t care about the well being of you or your family.

I booked a limo as a surprise for my boyfriend’s 30^th birthday. Throughout the entire process, Luxus Limo was very helpful in answering all my questions about the service, cost, and process. I called David, the owner, several times with questions about my booking (I ask a lot of questions, as I like to be well-​informed) and he was very pleasant and helpful each time. Our driver, Chris, was such a cool and nice guy; very prompt and on schedule. We got the H2 Hummer Limo, which is such an awesome looking car! It has all the bells and whistles inside: auxiliary port for your iPod, climate control, really nice leather seats (not cheap hard «plastic-​like» leather — this is the kind of stuff I notice, LOL) strobe and other flashy lights, AND really clean — great for pictures! This type of service makes you enjoy the experience so much more! Thanks, Luxus Limousine, I will definitely be booking with you again!

I have used Luxus past weekend. It was great experience. We have order big hummer I think for 26 people. Limo was clean, on time and as described on their website. Customer Service was great, person on the phone was incredible. Driver was helping us out when we were getting out of the limo. I will use and recommend them in the future.

We hired this limo service for our wedding. They were supposed to pick up myself (the bride), my bridesmaids and my mother from my home and take us to the church. 15 minutes after their scheduled arrival time, they had yet to show up. I called the wedding planner to see what the problem was. Apparently the limo had broken down and this company did not take the time to call ANYONE and let them know that. They had contact information for the wedding planner and my husband. We ended up having to send half our group in a cab and scrambled to find another limo to get the wedding party to the church. Not the kind of stress I need on my wedding day!!! The wedding started almost 30 minutes late because of Luxus. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

I booked Luxus Limo for my wedding. I hired the 10 passenger limo to pick up my wife, her bridesmaids, and some family and bring them to the church. Apparently, the limo broke down a block from our house. They NEVER called me and they NEVER called our wedding planner. 15 minutes after pickup time, our planner finally had to call them to find out what had happened. We found another limo company to scramble and come pick everyone up. The wedding started about 25 minutes late. I understand mechanical failures happen, and I really don’t fault them for that. What is inexcusable is not to call us and tell us what’s happened. Luckily we had great people working on this, and everything worked out for us, but this is NOT how to do business. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

I booked Luxus Limo for my wedding. Aside from them taking a while to get back to me with my confirmation I was pleased! They were on time to pick everyone up and drop everyone off.
Also — when the transmission blew form the original car I booked they were gracious enough to upgrade us from a limo to a party bus! It turned out to be a great thing — more room to dance on the way to the reception!

I booked luxus limo for my wedding. I got the dual axle hummer and escalade. The ac did not work in the back of the hummer. The drivers response was what do you want e to do? Luxury transport without the luxury.

We just used Luxus for our wedding on Oct. 8, and we were extremely happy! The driver was professional and on time, the limo bus was in great condition, and they even included some drinks when we got on the bus! It was also significantly cheaper than most services located in the city, a wonderful value, we would definitely recommend them to anybody! Thank you for helping make our day special

I would never recommend their services not only did they call 40 minutes before they were supposed to be at my house to say they would be late, to call back an hour later to cancell on our party of 25! To send us a limo rather than the bus we paid for after complaining for another 30 min. After being 2 hours off schedule our reservations had to be canceled due to tardiness from this company to only find the bus we originally reserved was at the destination we were at! This company is VERY unreliable and unorganized! I would be mortified at the idea of even having to depend on this company! Two thumbs down! & the bus that ended up picking us up which was not the one we reserved smelled awfull!

I was on a girls night out with my Pilates studio, so there were about 12 women and we sat comfortably in a bright pink stretch Hummer. The driver was on time and got us to our destination early and without any problems. However, a different driver picked us up and what I experienced was truely horrible!
We had dinner reservations that had to be cancelled. The studio owner (the person who booked the limo) was back and forth on the phone with the limo company about 3 times throughout the night after it was apparent the limo was going to be late. At first, the limo company told her the driver would be 15 min late. (OK… that’s tolerable.) Then, the driver himself called the studio owner right after and told her he’d be 45 min late! So then she called the limo company right back at base to ask how 15 min had turned into 45, and he was shocked because he said the driver told him it was going to be 15 min. He said he would call her right back and call the driver. He did, and called us back saying he was very sorry, but it would be 45 min. It ended up being an hour.
We got picked up in another stretch SUV, I think an Escalade, and one of the neon lights paneled into the side of the seating area kept flickering about once every 40 seconds. It was maddening. We were driving from Chicago to West Dundee, so it was a VERY unpleasant ride for me. When we realized there was no way we could make the dinner reservation, she decided to call again and ask for the security deposit back. She said the man she spoke with said «Why are you calling me in the middle of the night, bothering me with this?»

I couldn’t believe it! First of all, it was only 10pm. Secondly, if YOU think we’re bothering you, how do you think WE feel?
Ironically, in the middle of that final phone call where the man said we were bothering him, all the lights in the cabin went out! The lights preceeded to occassionally flicker on for a split second and return us back to darkness. Finally, we told the driver to leave the lights off. I was about to have a seizure. We spent the rest of the drive in complete darkness. Awesome.
There is no way I could recommend this limo service and sleep at night. Do not use them.
