After interviewing 4 contractors to build a new exterior staircase and deck, I decided to go with lumber one. Their price was fair and they have a good track record with the BBB.
Had a few challenges at first, partly because I didn’t provide a drawing, but Lumber one did a nice job. They came back to fix a few issues and Stand behind their work.
I think it would have been hard to find another contractor to pull of this project under the same conditions.
I’ll use them for future work and recommend them.
Ps. Hard for me to give 5 stars to anyone for one project.
