Fantastic customer service here. I went in to make an exchange and the sales associates were great. They were helpful and knowledgable about their product. They had me try on a couple other pairs and I ended up exchanging on(for smaller size) and buying another(wasn’t planning on it).

The two girls working on July 21 in the afternoon were great. Both were extremely helpful picking out the perfect jeans for me. They picked out the perfect length and fit for me. If it was left to me I would have had the wrong size. I also picked up a couple shirts! Thanks ladies!

Taylor was a big help. She pointed me in the right direction, gave me helpful advice, and helped me find what I needed. Great shopping experience, and I love the jeans!

Krystal at the Lincoln Park location made me a Lucky Brand lover! I bought a pair of jeans while I was in store today and will be back for more. This is coming from a girl who had never stepped foot in a Lucky store. I always assumed the brand did not cater to curvy women and was not the least bit interested in the brand. The only reason I stopped in was because a friend pulled me in with her. Krystal greeted us shortly after we walked in and was immediately friendly, all the while unassumingly competent. This girl is amazing! Honest, grade A customer service! She was very knowledgable about the different styles, washes and sizing. She even showed me a trick to stretch out the waistband of the jeans if I needed it. After Krystal found out how skeptical I was about the brand, she worked her magic to change my mind. I turned around from browsing around with my friend and she had a fitting room set up with no less than six jeans in a variety of washes and styles. Literally every single jean I tried on was a hit. This has never happened to me. I was so pleased, couldn’t believe it! I narrowed it down to three pairs that I especially loved but I’m sure I’ll be back for more before the year is up! She also sold my friend a pair of boyfriend jeans! This girl was a jean-selling machine! Krystal has turned me into a Lucky girl. Don’t think I’ll be going back to Levi’s anytime soon. One of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time and rare to come by these days. Thanks again, Krystal!

REALLY awesome deals in the women’s sale section toward the back! I bought a $ 50 coral colored shirt for $ 2. Yes you read that right. It was 96 percent off. You can’t even get that sort of deal at a garage sale(not that I EVER go to those or anything…). In the back, there is a metal bin on the floor with a bunch of rolled up shirts in it — according to the awesome saleswoman, Jasmine, they’re random pieces from last season that have to go, so the prices are slashed to the point of basically giving them away for free. That’s where I found my shirt, and if I had more time I’d have tried on some more things. I also bought a cute little lace-lined cami for $ 20(from $ 50) and, next to the checkout counter, I looked at the sale jewelry and picked out a bright woven bracelet for $ 7(from $ 20). My total was $ 30 for $ 120 of merchandise, so basically I saved 75 percent. I probably wouldn’t pay full price for Lucky merchandise, but on sale? Heck yeah!

Have been here three times in the past six months. Always have bad sales experiences. The men who work the sales floor and register have major attitudes. They seem to do well with little Trixies, less so with older women, i.e. late 20s, early 30s with strollers. I have never seen a male shopper in this store. Ladies, if you are no longer wearing AG jeans bc of the economy, Lucky has less expensive styles that are similarly flattering, though not the same. Like AG, Lucky makes jeans for curvy women, i.e. small waists with hips/butt. I have no idea if the straight up and down ladies find what they need here. This weekend, they had a 50% sale going, it may be worth a look.

Shopping with a boy who does not like to shop is not the most fun, especially when you are buying jeans for him. Double whammy. Two other boys in my life have always had good luck with Lucky(luck with Lucky, get it?!). We head to Lucky and the salesperson helps us pick a bunch to try. My guy tries on about ten in all after several switches with the cut, wash, and size. We grab a couple shirts. Nice chunk of change dropped, but that’s ok because it means we don’t have to do it again for a while! We get home and after wearing the first pair for a week, he realizes they are all too big(I knew I should’ve peeked in the fitting room). We go back. We spend about an hour switching them all out again(again, we had to try on about 10 pairs). The salesperson was awesome! They know what cuts to pick, washes, etc… If you need to shop for a boy who doesn’t like to shop, go to Lucky!

I look HELLAGOODINLUCKYJEANS. Good customer service when I went. Some people say their expensive. You have to look through their jeans and other appealing stuff that attract you and work with the sales agent. You could fine some stealer clothes for good prices.

I love the clothing at Lucky. It’s funky and hip, without being over-the-top. They also revive tie-dye and make it actually look cool. The salespeople at this location are very friendly. The only thing I was unhappy about was that many of the clothes I liked were sold out in all sizes except XS, S, and XL. No mediums :(The prices here are slightly above the average, but not expensive by any means.

I used to be a big fan of Lucky jeans when I was in high school and college, and I can’t believe I’d spend even $ 70 on a pair of these jeans. I guess I was young and bought them because everyone else was, but maybe there was that giggly girl in me that thought that when you zipped the pants down it would say«Lucky you» or something like that I can’t even remember. Needless to say, I don’t own any pairs of Lucky jeans now because I just don’t feel like they fit right for my body type. I stopped in since my friend wanted to check it out, and it just reaffirms my notion that they are just overpriced jeans that don’t fit right for me. The place is definitely for the more casually dressed type of person. They had a couple of sales associates there that seemed pretty content in giving us our space to shop.

I recommend going here for jeans. I had a rough time finding jeans today, and walked in there without real thought that I would find anytthing. However, I was pleasantly surprised, the sales lady, IRis, was so so helpful, and she gave me jeans that I liked on me, I liked basically every pair. It was a great experience.
