I only been here once, I got in here when I was 18 with no I. D lol. I have no idea how but I had a good time because I was underage of course. But now that I think about it, it was like 30 guys and 5 girls and 2 slutty girls dancing on a table? Idk, I blacked out after but that’s what I remember. The scary part is how I got in underage with no I. D lol.

I can’t echo the sentiment enough that it is like a bad frat party. I really was startled people will go to a bar specifically to play flippy cup, and then ask everyone else at the bar if they want to join them. Um, no thanks, I’m good.
The bartenders were friendly, and even they were embarrassed by the bar-goer’s behaviour. It’s not their fault their clientele suck. If this is your thing, you’ll enjoy frequenting here. If it’s not, you’ve been warned.

I met a couple friends here late on Tuesday night and was less than impressed. It feels like going to a really terrible frat party. It gets one star for the good company I had there and another star for good drink specials, the only reason I would ever consider going back.

Their website indicates they are a tapas bar. This is no longer true. The entire menu now fits on a 4×6 card stuck in a plastic stand with drink specials taking up one side. The tasty tapas offerings have been supplanted by horrible bar food — much of which was not available. We got the last pizza of the day (at 8:00!) and wished we hadn’t. It was not good and the cheese tasted freezer burned. The rest of the meal wasn’t much better. Our server tried her best to give us a good experience but the kitchen apparently had other ideas. For much of our meal, we were the only customers in the place. We didn’t have drinks so we can’t speak to the quality of the bartender’s skills but don’t come here hungry!

Love it! I love bars that aren’t all made up or finished, bottles are strewn everywhere, not perfectly organized and back lit. It’s more real. The bartenders were very friendly and quick. Last night’s band was great! There was plenty of room for dancing, watch for the holes in the floor, your heels can easily get stuck!
Also, there was a great mix of crowd.

I have gone here once on a Friday night. The special was $ 1 Miller Lites and I took full advantage of it. The server was great and the table kept being cleared. Overall, it was a good place to hang with friends.

The main reason I’m only giving this place 2 stars, is because we went there expecting tapas — even looked at their menu online before going — and got there only to find out «we don’t do tapas anymore.» So, they just had a limited, run-​of-​the-​mill bar food menu. However, the food wasn’t bad…
But, if you’re over 21, do not go in there past 9:30pm — it’s like a frat party.

This was the first location for a bar crawl that I participated in. It was slightly smokey, but kind of not that busy for a Friday night at 8:30ish. I’m not sure of the specials were here, but it’s pretty much your typical bar. The staff was pretty attentive and nice. It’s not a big bar, but it’s good place to get together with a few friends. I wouldn’t be opposed to coming back, but not in a hurry to either.

Use to be the greatest place when Paul had ownership! Not that great anymore!

Very dissapointed by this place. It looks really nice from the outside and I only went to meet friends who were already inside. I get to the door only to discover they have a cover charge? For what? It was a sunday night (albeit a holiday weekend) and they had no live band. So I pay the $ 5 cover and go inside and the place wasn’t spectacular. Apparently my five dollars went towards paying for their poor service. It takes forever to get drink! The only redeeming quality was they had dollar domestics (even though it came in a can). I doubt I will ever go back here unless it’s at somebody else’s insistence.

Went there last night to see a friend’s friend play guitar.
It’s a nice little spot, well decorated, good ambiance and lighting level. The bar itself was fine. Nothing spectacular or surprising on tap, just what you would expect from the area (312, Honker’s Ale, etc).
The food, though, left a bit to be desired, in terms of selection. I can usually find several things on a menu to enjoy, but there were really only maybe 4 that appealed to me. We had the mac and cheese entrée (kind of a dry, crusty lasagna approach, but still pretty good), the goat cheese croquettes with, I believe, honey dripped on them (pretty delicious, though really only deep-​friend, breaded balls of goat cheese) and the chicken skewers with teriyaki dipping sauce (my friend said they were ok).
To be most accurate, I would give Lucille’s 2.5 stars if the system allowed half stars. I wouldn’t make it a point to venture back here, but if I was in the area and a friend suggested it, I wouldn’t protest. And the bar staff lost my card that I used to open a tab. They found it eventually but still, how hard is it to localize all customer cards?

One of the first bars I came to here in Chicago. Not the best, but definitely not the worst. There are always a lot of men willing to buy a nicely dressed woman a drink.
Women be warned: The bathroom is the size of a port a potty. Don’t go in packs.
You also have to go early if you want to get a seat at the bar. There’s always a lot of people standing.

Its not the greatest bar, but its a chill bar.
Not very lively, not very anything. Music isn’t loud, I can’t recall if they had any. I do recall women, different ages. On weekdays you can find some women here and not too many men?!
Go early.
Also if ordering drinks, ask for talls, smalls aren’t worth the pour. They should be about $ 6 – 7 bucks.
I like the layout, the seating, it allows for mingling.

FYI: Management change within the past year … is now managed (owned?) by same people behind Bella & Bordo’s … for what it’s worth.

I first ventured in because of the $ 3 margarita and mojito specials that were listed in the RedEye and outside the door…
I was surprised to find out that not only did the bartender not know how to make a mojito, he had no idea what a mojito was…
after explaining him the process and with a little help from his co-​worker they managed to create one after 6 or 7 minutes…
the ONE mint leaf wasn’t muddled, but rather shaken. the lime was just placed on the rim of the glass with no lime in the actual drink…
he told me he added rum, however to this day i still think he forgot…
the mojito was syrupy, with no mint flavor, no rum, and a slight mojito flavor because of his premade syrup…
the margaritas were okay for $ 3… i would never pay full price…
they were weak, syrupy, and full of ice…
everything was made from a premix syrup pack from target maybe?
guess there’s cons to chasing drink specials…
