Been coming here for a long time, but definitely lost a customer. I was a friend of Alex, a previous owner, and the geographic convenience was a plus. Went early to avoid a crowd and get a good wash. What I got was a dirty vehicle and my interior not even touched.

Worst experience ever. It was my birthday yesterday and i wanted to start off the day with a car wash. I had a $ 40 bottle of Hennessey in the back seat that was given to me as a gift. It was there when i went to the car wash. When i got to work i noticed it was gone. Since i work by ohare i couldn’t go back. So i had to take it as a lost. Which totally sucks. I will never go there again. One thing i can not tolerate is a thief. Watch all your belongings if you decide to go there. My advice is to never go there. To avoid any disappointments. No stars! If anything negative –3 stars. I had to give a star to post this. But that’s a total lie. No stars are deserved here

Horrible! Never coming back. I brought my new car here to get washed and instead of using a step ladder to dry the top of the car they use the car for a ladder. Never again !!!

Been coming here years for window tint. Cesar does an exceptional job and warranties his work for life. No need to go anywhere else, I drive over an hour to bring all my cars here everytime.

I have three car ride loving dogs and helped my friend haul bales of hay, so my Xterra was very, very dirty inside. Dog hair and hay is tough to get out of upholstery; I tried and failed. Although I figured they might turn my car away, Logan Square Hand Car Wash & Detailing cleaned and cleaned for more than 4 hours, inside only. It was a different car when they finished, I didn’t know my car could ever look like this again. Not a dog hair or piece of hay in sight, everything sparkled, and they were so nice about how much time they needed to spend on my vehicle.

Great service, my car’s interior is super clean, they even washed the outside for free! Would definitely recommend, but I wish they were open later so I could go to emporium while I waited for my car (3hrs…)

I went here for my window tinting! Needless to say, they did a great job for an amazing price. The service was amazing, had my tints done in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend!

Not the best for sure. Went in on a random Tuesday and they missed cleaning everything except the exterior. The man who started cleaning was super rude when I asked him to vacuum the baby car seat. They missed the spots on the front dash, didn’t clean the gps screen at all, the entire cup holders and gears weren’t even touched and then didn’t even vacuum the car seat or around it. I get car washes pretty regular and thought since this place was close I would give it a try… lesson learned.

I went here for an interior/​exterior detailing and they did a great job! The car looked brand new when they were done; everything was nice and clean on the inside, no streaks. The guy that was working the front desk was helpful and friendly. The car was completed in the estimated time of three hours. They get pretty busy, so coming in the morning is the best time to come.

Logan square car wash sucks period. I work for the government me hating lmao nottt get some real workers not ones that don’t care cuz it’s not their car u will never be recommended by me and the word is out on losers like Logan Square car wash losers and trust me there r better car wash places out there unsatisfied customer who will never go there again

The service was so great! The price for a wash and detail was affordable and my car looks like new. I will definitely be coming back!

Bought a Groupon for an interior detail and not only did they do a great job on the detail, but they also washed the exterior and dressed the tires for free. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back, highly recommended!

I’ve been going there for awhile now and seems like every time it gets worst and worst.

I am updating my review to 2 stars because the owner cared to contact me about my bad experience. He offered me a free detail and here is my review on that:
When I dropped off the car it was on a quarter tank of gas, when I picked it up it was completely empty. I know they had it running with the heat on to dry it out which I guess whatever but did you notice it was out of gas?
The seats and carpets look good. The rest not so good. The dashboard, speedometer, and doors were not completely cleaned. The windows were all full of marks because they were opened after washing the car. I had to clean them with windex. The outside of the car was pretty dirty, they missed a lot and again I cleaned it once I got home. I’m talking about dirt not marks that need to be rubbed off which of course those weren’t touched either. I brought one spot to the managers attention and he had an employee come over to wipe it, the guy didn’t look happy at all and it still wasn’t completely cleaned off. The area around the trunk was pretty dirty as well. I asked if they could remove an old city sticker and he did but left behind a bunch of marks on the window. This was supposed to be a detail and no detail of attention was taken.
Bottom line, they don’t seem to care about the quality of work here. I was happy to give them a second chance but I will not be returning…

I know it is winter. And I know my car was dirty but when my car left the car wash, the windows had streaks all over, there was still dirt on the back and side of the car, and I literally had to use Windex on my Windows after I left the place. Pathetic! Avoid this place! For the price, I shouldn’t have to do any extra work.

I just picked up my car and it looks and smells amazing. This is no small feat (3 kids and a dog regularly destroy the vehicle.). I highly recommend the car wash and shampoo services!

I have been coming to this car was for 1.5 years and still keep coming as I’m a regular customer and buy the unlimited washes as i need them a lot as i drive for Über and Lyft and SidrCr in chicago. Have a lot of Riders in my car and need to keep it in top shape.
Many riders tell me all the time wow your car looks great and smells great all the time even though it is 4 years old but having a hand car wash helps a lot than my several bad experiences with machine was on a different car.
So visit this place and you will not be dissatisfy — i would only create a review if i really like a place and here is it, if it is bad yes i should complain — but then that is what blogs are for as well.
So in turn i have read a few reviews prior to writing this not looking to defend anyone, but just to set things right.
Person mentioned to not move his drivers seat it is broken, well i understand this as there is a person here who not sure either communicates good or not and she and i had an issue in understanding a couple of things when i appeared with my jeep in the past — so that is given.
But i speak with the hard workers and tell them and they don’t move or do something i requested with no issue, but again there is about 10 of them or more and they all swap positions in washing and drying and moving the car so if you become a regular they will know exactly what you like and don’t like before you complain of a 1 time or 2 time service. As everywhere businesses and non businesses need to see their regular and see how things they like prepared and etc.
another though some stated the car is not cleaned proper, yes i have seen this a few times on my windshield or visors but i just speak up and the guys are on it — no questions asked. If you don’t say something nothing will not be done.
As for the tinting i have yet to experience and one day ill jump ahead and do this but that another review as I’m particular in a job well done.
Oh for the issue of the water down armor all, yes it looks water down but go elsewhere and it is the same — now there is a car was not far i know it is not water down and you get quality out of it — but you are now comparing this place at $ 12 — $ 20 wash with $ 2 bucks for armor all and this other place called — Well Clean on Clyborne charges for a hand wash of $ 25-​$ 40 bucks and just the armor all is $ 8 bucks that is a big difference so stop complaining if you want to save money on a water down than a non water down armor all — most importantly visit an pep boys or advance auto parts place and buy the armor all for $ 5 bucks and put it on as much as you like.
I buy the unlimited washes and well they see me everyday and night and in my pi’s and suit and all. I have sometimes come across a service not done well and yes i speak up i know its cheap but still.

I’ve been here twice and both times the wash was mediocre at best. They appear to wipe over every surface of my car but afterwards, there are still black scuff marks that I can wipe off easily. The price is low for a reason and I wouldn’t recommmd paying more than their lowest advertised special. Shame since I live right in the neighborhood…

Standing water was left in the cup holders and center console, there are water spots on the inside of my windshield, and they threw a bunch of my CDs and other valuables in the same garbage bag with larger metal tools I had in my trunk for roadside repairs. Prices were not competitive (I have a small SUV). Will not be coming back.

How have I never reviewed this place?!
I LOVE Logan Square Car Wash. Disclaimer: it’s not the *best* hand wash ever, but it’s $ 12 and they vacuum out your car and clean up all the windows and the dash. You really can’t complain for a quick, 10-​minute clean that does the job for $ 12. Or, if you’re like me, you’ll buy five and get TWO FREE! $ 65 for that deal, which is cheaper overall than $ 12 each time.
That said, they do an EXCELLENT job on detailing. I paid $ 89 to have the interior of my car detailed and they were wonderful. Here’s what happened: On my way to work, I had a crock pot full of chili dip on the backseat (why not on the floor? I still don’t know…) for a food party at my office. At 31^st and King Dr., a cop car comes flying off of 31^st and almost t-​bones me in the intersection, so I slam to a stop… and the dip spilled everywhere. Ugh. I took my car in that sorry state (the next day, btw) to Logan Square and just said «Can you please fix this?» $ 89 later, the interior was completely spotless (including the seats). Definitely worth the cost.
I love that I can get in-​and-​out in 10 minutes, have a good car wash and know that this place will really go all out with the pricey services.
