Lincoln Provision, Inc was established in 1918 in the Old Chicago Stockyards. We still reside right here in the stockyards as a full service meat processing company. We process only the highest quality grain fed cattle from the Midwest. Our master butchers are held to the highest standard in producing a wide variety of Beef products from «farm to fork.»

We sell primal cuts as well as a full product line of Steaks and Chops.

Years ago families were dependent upon the neighborhood butcher, a man who really knew his craft. He carved to-​order prime cuts of meat and delivered them to customers’ homes.

Since the days of the Chicago Stockyards, our sister company has been known for producing exceptionally succulent beef.

In fact, for over 25 years now, our steaks have been served in some of the finest restaurants in the world. Our corn-​fed, midwestern beef is USDA inspected and naturally aged for 18 – 21 days for exceptional taste. No water, fillers, preservatives, chemicals or coloring are ever used in processing.
