History

Established in 2004.

Lil’Bug designs was established in 2006 by Gabriela Almeida, a graduate student from Quito, Ecuador with a degree in graphic design and visual communication. After moving to Chicago in 2004, Gabriela started as a freelance designer, eventually getting married with Joseph Griffin in 2008 and attaining a business license, making Lil’Bug designs official as a graphic design company.

Together in business, Gabriela and Joseph began entering the printing industry, providing clientele with not only quality graphic services, now offering professional print services (Offset, Digital & Laser).

Since, Lil’Bug designs now offers a genre of services ranging from basic design to large format printing and commercial manufacturing.

We pride ourselves on remaining a small family owned business with emphasis on customer satisfaction and quality design and printing services.

Business Owner

Joseph Griffin is native to Chicagoland, raised in Rogers Park and attended college at Northeastern Illinois University with an emphasis in Anthropology. After meeting his wife Gabriela in 2006, Joseph went back to school to study visual communication, thus joining Gabriela in the graphic design industry.

The Chicago Community is important to the roll of Lil’Bug designs, with strong ties to small business owners and both Joseph and Gabriela strive to provide a unique and hometown prospective on their approach toward customer relations. «We love Chicago and appreciate every friend that walks through our door!»
