My wife and I had a great experience with LifeStorage in the West Loop. The place is extremely clean from the lobby to the storage units. An added bonus is that there is plenty of parking at this location. However, I believe the real benefit from choosing this particular company and location, is the young lady who runs the store– Takeshi. She’s extremely professional, personable, helpful and ran the store like she owned it. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

They gave me a great deal when I explained my situation (I just had to pay for the insurance and admin fee and I got a whole month for my unit, which reduced a lot of stress).
The worker was helpful and mopped out the unit when he saw it was a little dusty when we got there. It was easy to park, there was a truck pit and big carts which made it a quick painless experience moving in and out.
They also have 24 hour access to your unit as an added bonus.

Really clean and spacious. Plenty of parking. Takeshi and Harrison are super professional and helpful! They really work with you to get the appropriate sized unit and supplies.
