History

Established in 2008.

Chicago Attorney Tatiana Czaplicki was born and raised in the Chicago area and has an unwavering commitment to Chicago and the Polish community. Both of her parents were born in Poland and immigrated to the Chicago area looking for a better life.

Fluent and literate in the Polish language and armed with balanced experience earned while working as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Cook County and then with a small, private law firm, she endeavored to do something with her law degree and experience that would allow her to give back to the community.

She felt that with her vast legal and litigation experience coupled with years of knowledge, expertise and contacts within the legal and real estate community, that in starting her own law practice, she could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues.

Chicago Attorney Tatiana Czaplicki is a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan with a Juris Doctorate.

She also serves as an Arbitrator for the Mandatory Arbitration program of the Circuit Court of Cook County and possesses a Certificate of Professional Achievement in Mediation from De Paul University’s Center for Dispute Resolution.

She has been licensed to practice in Illinois since 2001 and in the Northern District of Illinois since 2001.
