Mr. Kaplan began his legal career at Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon, a national law firm with approximately 200 attorneys. In 1995, he became a founding member of Becker & Kaplan LLC, a litigation boutique. In 2000, Becker & Kaplan merged its practice into Jenkens & Gilchrist, P.C., a national law firm with approximately 600 lawyers. Mr. Kaplan founded Kaplan & Greenswag LLC in 2003 and practiced there until 2011, after which he began practicing with Law Offices of Daniel S. Kaplan P.C.
