Law Office of Michael D Spinak

Mr. Michael D. Spinak is a lie. He is a bad attorney. Do not call him. He is un-​prepared & looks as if he slept in his clothes. Not sure but he appears to have alcohol & alzheimer issues.

I now have heard all of the excuses as Mike Spinak must have a rebuttal rolodex to explain why he doesn’t have an answer to your question. The office has changed location twice within the past 15 months. A broom stick can equally do the job in relaying messages then the employed answering service.
I paid Mike a service fee to take a former landlord to court for non-​refunding of my security deposit. This was nearly two years ago. He has NEVER contacted me with any type of update. I spoke with him most recently on the 5^th and my file was located in the other office. He said he would call me on Monday the 7^th. I did not receive a phone call and have called him every day during business hours. Today is the 6^th phone call where Mike is not in the office, and where I have left another message.
It is a shame that business, both by himself and the former landlord, is so disgustingly dishonest that after money is received the recourse for the monies to be returned or service to be completed outweighs any future benefit for the person to reclaim what is rightfully theirs.

My condo was robbed by the front desk security man in my building.
It was all caught on video. I was advised to file suit against the HOA who had hired the man.
I was referred to Mr. Spinak from an acquaintance. That was my mistake.
I met with Mike Spinak who told me I had a very good case and he said he would start with a letter to the HOA in attempt to resolve any compensation.
After 7 months I followed up with Mr. Spinak to see where we stand.
I couldnt get a call back or a reply to my email.
I decided to send him an email which stated that I had been hit by a city bus and to please reach out o me for counsel. He of course got back to me within that day.
I let him know that I was very upset that I had to resort to that tactic in order to get a reply back from him.
He stated that he had seen no calls or emails from me.
He did say that he was going to begin to file against the HOA.
After another 6 months I still cant get Mr. Spinak to reply to my emails or calls.
