We have had mixed experiences with this business. Initially, we tried a free preview class. My toddler really liked the teacher and we decided to sign up for a summer class. The classes were a bit expensive but my daughter really liked the teacher so I decided it was worth the cost. Overall, I was happy with the service even if it was a bit overpriced. On the last day of the summer session, the teacher told us she would not be returning for the next week (which was the start of fall session).
I was really disappointed that we were not told earlier that the teacher would not be returning since she was the reason we signed up for the service to begin with. I was also not happy with the options available for the academic year. However, I decided to give a new teacher a try and keep an open mind. We showed up to find that there was no class and we were given no advance notice. The site director told me that they didn’t have a teacher for the class but had not informed our family. She said they would let us know when they found a teacher. I was pretty disappointed with the lack of communication and we will be looking for a more consistent class.

Our son has been attending now for 3 months. Very passionate staff. Heidi does an amazing job of coordinating everything. Our 4 year old has a blast here!
