Terrible service. Called for a tow through my insurance co. Lang Towing is who they contracted. Initially was told an hour and a half for the tow. After the hour and a half passed and still no tow, I called for an update. Was told because of the rain, it would be another 30 minutes. Well, the rain cleared up (it’s not like it was a torrential downpour or anything) and we called back. Was given the same story about another 30 minutes. Well 3 hours later and I’m still waiting on the tow. UNBELIEVABLE! Hope to never be in a position to use their services again. I also plan to contact my insurance provider because Lang’s Towing should not be an approved vendor of theirs.
