Specialties

We are a complete dental center, with both general dentists and specialists. We provide gentle care in a relaxed atmosphere. General dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implant restoration, and periodontics are available. Emergency patients are usually seen the same day. We accept most insurance plans, and we will file your insurance for you. Financing is also available. Senior Discounts of 10% will be given to seniors 65 and older who do not have dental insurance.

History

Established in 1978.

Dr Krepps, Dr. McGrady, and Dr. Ryan have been providing treatment for patients in the Midway area since 1978. Many patients who have moved out the area continue to drive in to this office, sometimes as far away as neighboring states.

Dr. Krepps is a lifelong Chicgo resident. He attended Loyola University of Chicago, and continued at Loyola University School of Dentistry. He graduated in 1976 with a DDS degree. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, and the Illinois State Dental Society. Dr. Krepps has been a contributor to the Illinois Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicapped, providing free treatment for those with physical and mental challenges for over 25 years.

From the moment the receptionist answers your call you feel comfortable you have made the right choice in scheduling an appointment to see Dr. Krepps & Associates. The front desk staff, and every employee there, has been accommodating, attentive, and professional. Dr. Krepps is very helpful, provides guidance and explanations for options, and is readily available for follow up questions or concerns, which is great. The offices are very clean, comfortable and modern. They have wonderful hours of operation (evenings and weekends available) and have been available on short term notice to fit me in for an appointment.
I have no hesitation recommending Dr. Krepps and Associates to friends, family or anyone else who will listen :) You won’t be disappointed.

I have been going to Dr. Krepps since I was young. I always have a great experience. He and his staff are very polite and put a lot of care into my teeth. The appointments are always on time! After recently moving to the area and searching for a new dentist, I visited a different dentist in the area who told me I needed a root canal, I decided to get a second opinion. I went to Dr. Krepps based on the excellent reviews I found on here, and I am so happy I did! Upon walking in I immediately got a good feeling about the office. The receptionist was very nice and the dentist was ready to see me almost immediately (very rare for any type of doctor, especially for a Saturday appt). Dr. Krepps came in and was just wonderful. He was so nice and professional and listened to my issues I’ve been having. After examining me, he told me that I do not need a root canal (which was a big relief) and prescribed me some flouride treatment for a sensitive tooth. After only 4 days my tooth is feeling much better! I am so happy I trusted my instinct and got a second opnion and that I decided to get that opnion by Dr. Krepps. I have definitely found my new dentist in the area!

I have been going to Dr. Krepps for many years and have always received top-​notch, professional and friendly service. One experience in particular comes to mind: I woke up one morning in a lot of pain and with a very swollen jaw. I called Dr. Krepps and he answered immediately and told me to come in right away. It turned out to be an abscessed tooth that required an emergency root canal to allieviate. Dr. Krepps and his assistant Veronica made me as comfortable as possible, explaining the procedure and its after-​effects. I healed quickly and had no negative side effects thanks to their quick and thorough work. And Carmen the receptionist is always so friendly and helpful in scheduling regular appointments. The office is comfortable and extremely-​well maintained. Highly recommend!

I visited Dr. Krepps office on Saturday and I was beyond satisfied with my visit. Office hours are perfect for my schedule with evenings and Saturdays available. I found the office easily and parked right in front. The office was very clean and sterile but also very warm and comfortable. Veronica, who greeted me at the front desk and assisted Dr. Krepps, was extremely friendly. She made sure that I was comfortable during the series of x-​rays. Dr. Krepps did not keep me waiting long. He took his time explaining everything that was necessary. He showed me areas in my mouth that were of concern. He didn’t try to coerce me into treating more than what was needed. He explained the steps, procedures, and timeline. He was clear about costs and what was covered by insurance. The office is definitely up to date technology-​wise with camera and flat screen right in front of me that allowed me to view everything. After I was done with my appointment, I was able to make an appointment for the next step in treatment for the following Saturday. Like I said… I was beyond satisfied. Excellent!
