Service that receive from State Farm deserves my first ever Unilocal post. If you would like to be treated as a #1 customer see Dieter at this agency. He will answer all of your questions in mins. Every time I delt with him I felt like I was his only customer. Oh by the way their prices are very reasonable.

Today is my birthday and they reached out just to say happy birthday, I was shocked that an insurance company would do that. I would recommend anyone looking for insurance to visit this office, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Dieter Eichler is the one that set up my insurance plan and he was amazing, so nice and professional. I always heard statefarm was overpriced but they gave me a great deal.

Let me start off by saying what a wonderful experience this was. Believe it or not I have never found buying insurance so painless. I am new to Chicago having just moved from Texas. I called Early one morning and a polite, friendly woman answered the phone (Theresa) .She was very helpful and directed me to the agent Kevin Greco. To my surprise Kevin was also very friendly and he explained all of my polices to me and gave me a great quote. Now I am considering purchasing a life policy and Kevin is more than happy to come and meet me at my job. Hands Down BEST INSURANCE AGENGY !!!

Bought family life insurance from this agency in the fall. They were responsive to both emails and calls (and texts to the agent I dealt with) and it was as painless a process as possible and they did a very decent job of explaining all the permutations of term policies available and got better package of coverage than I was able to find on online only shops. And unlike some other human brokers they did not keep pushing more complex (higher commission presumably) life insurance policies as we discussed our family insurance needs (i.e. a big check in case of untimely death at a reasonable annual rate). Recommended wholeheartedly.

I do not usually post Unilocal reviews but right now I feel I should! These guys are hands down THE BEST insurance company I have ever dealt with! They are approachable, accommodating, affordable and awesome! I do everything through them … Auto, Home and they even have me set up with a reasonable and smart mutual fund! Overall, I just feel safe knowing that they have my back! And Dieter Eichler (my go to guy!!) is a true and reliable friend with a comforting smile! Thanks guys! You Rock!

They are simply the worst Insurance agent I have dealt with. It took them 3 months to set up my insurances but even then messed it up by inputting wrong bank account information, as a result I received a notice from State farm for cancellation of my insurance. After I raised the cancellation notice issue, they repeatedly assured me that I don’t have anything to worry about and I can ignore the notice as it has been taken care of. Fast forward 3 weeks and now I am looking at this refund check from state farm because of cancellation of my auto policy. REALLY THE WORST EFFING EXPERIENCE!

The agent did not cancel via a call, nor did the office. After waiting for him to show up, I happened to check my email and saw a cancellation at 5 pm for a 6:30 pm blaming me as a customer, when there was clearly a communication error on their side. I sent an email and also never received a response to that either. When I called to speak to Kevin, he did not take the call and I was transferred to a relationship manager and without a question she transferred me to another agent. Shockingly disappointing customer service.

The very professional staff helped me get a lower rate with better coverage than my previous insurer. I was unable to go to the office in person and they worked with me over phone and email quickly and painlessly. It is nice to know that my agent is down the street instead of in a corporate building in another state.
