Joseph, Lichtenstein & Levinson was originally established in 1959 to provide injury victims with quality representation. Our practice has continued to grow through personal referrals and thousands of satisfied clients since its inception.
Our attorneys Burton Joseph, Edward Lichtenstein, Kenneth Levinson, John Stefani and Joel Daly work as a team to provide excellent representation. Business Owner
Ken Levinson has been a successful trial lawyer helping injury victims since 1992.
After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hobart College in 1989 and his Juris Doctor in 1992 from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Ken was appointed an Assistant Illinois Attorney General, representing state agencies and employees in civil matters, including both personal injury and civil rights cases. He has been admitted to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court and the Northern District of Illinois, United States District Court since 1992. Ken is also admitted to the Federal Trial Bar.
