Hey! I didn’t know my dentist was on here! I’ve been seeing Dr. Cappello since 1998 when he was on 79th and Morgan. He has always been prompt, reasonable and helpful. I have sent many people to him and they have all been pleased with his services.

So I am a tad bit fearful of dentists. always have been and trying a new one out of the book is never an easy thing, BUT he is covered under my insurance and I needed a cleaning. so I made an appointment. I figured that if it looked strange I had time to bail before I got molested or anything ;) This place is definitely old school, but everything was very sanitary and the doctor was very professional and the girl at the front desk was very pleasant and nice. always a bonus when in a stressful moment. I forgot you have to pay to park on Archer now. bummer, but all in all not a bad experience. I was seen early and out in 30 minutes. I will be back to see the doc in 6 months =)

Take it from me… I’ve had NOTHING but bad experiences with the dentist all my life. I avoided the dentist like the plague because in my mind dentist = great pain. So of course I didn’t plan to go anytime soon. Unfortunately for me, my teeth had other plans. The good thing is, I was referred to Dr. Cappello for an emergency visit and let’s just say he had me at hello. This man is so careful and after a total of 4 visits to him for a very in depth root canal(3 of the visits he didn’t even need to numb my gums) I’m happy to say he’s the dentist for me. Plus it’s a quick ride from my house to his office. The only thing I hate are the 20 stairs I have to climb to get up to his office but it’s ok. I was 30 minutes late for my last appointment(of course I called) but he still saw me me, no problem. His chairside manner is tops and his office environment is very relaxing. Plus he explains EVERYTHING to you and he’s quick but careful and thorough. In a couple of weeks I’ll be making an appointment for a cleaning and I’m actually looking forward to going back.
