i’ve bought two houses and sold one with these guys, and they are excellent. Affordable — and they don’t have hidden fees. Both closings turned difficult (they probably all do!) and they stuck right with us — returning calls immediately, following up on everything they said they would — and didn’t pass any of that cost on to us.
They were incredibly professional, calm, and pleasant — in sharp contrast, it seemed at times, to the other sides’ attorneys!
Would recommend Joe and Mike Manges to anyone.
