I graduated from Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in Chicago, IL in 2009 and my training has led me to work for Northwestern University Men’s Swim Team at the Big Ten Championships Swim and Dive as well as the U.S. Olympic Team Trials 2012. I have also worked for high end spas such as Spa Nordstrom Michigan Ave as well as fitness facilities such as XSport Fitness Spa. I enjoy performing massage therapy to help facilitate the body’s natural healing responses to help decrease muscular tension, promote relaxation and increase flexibility. I am Certified in Thai Massage/​Bodywork as well as a Reiki II Practitioner.
