After my 2^nd visit with practice, I am thinking to find another dentist. My spouse comes here and raves about technicians/​receptionists. So I came to the practice with high hopes. My disposition is not with technicians/​receptionists but with doctor/​wife (Practice Manager). After my current visit I decided to read more about the practice and to only find I am not the ONLY one who has come across issues. On my recent visit to practice I entered with no greeting from front desk, the red head woman was sitting in lobby area with another gentleman going through photos on cell phone and speaking in a flirtatious manner. I sat down and waited. The technician came out and was surprised I was here, she took me back and proceeded to clean my teeth. Moments later I get a cell phone call and realize that it was the dental office I was at calling me and asking me where I was??? I stated that I was here and in the chair!!! I thought to myself if you weren’t flirting with gentleman in front lobby you would have seen I was here for my appointment. I have other colleagues whom are patients at the practice and told me about issues they have had here. I now see this practice is NOT professional. Further more I see from other reviews they place blame on patients and don’t take responsibility for their actions. Please be forewarned… do your research before going to this practice!

Came here today for a teeth whitening last minute, thankful they were able to squeeze me in! Nice clean office and super friendly staff. Thanks! I would recommend this place to my friends:)

After receiving the business’ response that I had perhaps «injured myself»… That is ridiculous. And exactly the type of treatment I got from Dr Tilden and his wife after they were informed.

I am struggled with teeth after treatment.
I don’t feel they are decent, modest dentists.
Also their office doesn’t look professional with family personal pictures and painting a lot.
They don’t explain well before procedure.
Even ask something, I couldn’t get enough information.
I think it’s arrogant style.
Just recommended next treatment.
Their treatment is rough, I saw many bribes after treatment in my mouth.
They are worst dentists in my life.
(I have connected with dentists since a little and I have a few dentist friends .)
I was about loose tooth unless I didn’t insist keep my teeth.
They are very aggressive to fix cavities even a cavity is tiny.
I don’t like to shave tooth too much.
Everyday I suffer to feel sensitivity on a tooth which it got simple filling.
I feel just, didn’t fit them, unfortunately.
They could work on others, hopefully.

Total violation of patient trust!!! Absolutely avoid!
If it wasnt for Dr. Raghian I probably would have given a half a star if I could.
Dr. Raghian is great. I have never had any complaints with him and I dont think I ever would. He is superbly funny and kind and really cares about his patients.
I have never worked with Dr. Tilden except for one cleaning appointment and he was very friendly and caring.
My issue is with the staff and the level of unprofessionalism displayed by the office staff and the remarkable tolerance there is for this sort of unprofessionalism.
After a recent appointment, I was sent a survey by the office to know how they are doing and what my comments and concerns are regarding the office and the services.
I believe its my duty to be honest when a business shows that much concern that they want to know what their customers think and thats exactly what I did. I was honest with my reviews and my OPINIONS. The day I answered the survey I had an unpleasant encounter with their office manager, Kristin. And just based on that day I wrote my feelings and opinions which I was asked for by the office.
Two days later, after getting a response to the survery apologizing and that the issue will be addressed, I get a call from Kristin and at my follow up appointment I get confronted by her in person, in the office about what I wrote in the survey! She was unapologetic and very confrontational.
I couldnt believe what I was facing. Never have I experienced this sort of confrontation for my opinion and my perspective, that was asked OF ME! Operative word being MY view point. Of all the types of business that opinions and reviews are written about, the last place you expect to be confronted about what you write is a health care provider! Total breach of trust!
If the office or its staff dont like the opinions expressed about them then they shouldnt ask for them or ignore them. But to confront your patients and harass them is absolutely a breach of patient trust! Not only that, but the other office manager or whatever the title maybe was also there, and being Dr. Tildens wife you would expect that she would step in and prevent her staff from putting their patient in this sort of position.
I would have willingly continued my care with Dr. Raghian if he has any other offices, but I wouldnt go back to this office as long as this sort of behavior is tolerated.

My experience with Tilden Dental Group in a letter previously sent to the practice. It is in response to the outstanding charge of $ 100 mentioned in the opening.
Dear _​_​_​_​_​:
You should receive a check for $ 100 by next Monday.
Over three visits spanning two weeks, your practice neglected to diagnose a damaged nerve following fillings by your own dentists. For two weeks, I dealt with an immense amount of pain and inconvenience before finally having a $ 1300 root canal. Dr. Tilden was in the process of sending me home on this third visit when I explained that I was no longer able to sleep because of the pain.
I agreed to have the initial cavities filled under the incorrect and misleading guidance that the procedure or at least some of its costs «might be covered.» You knew for a fact that I was still within the 6-​month coverage limit on major procedures and failed to say, «this procedure is not covered by Humana and the costs incurred will be solely out-​of-​pocket.»
After these misdiagnoses and manipulations, $ 400 paid upfront, and $ 1300 spent on a root canal, I received a bill for the additional charges of $ 200 (including charges for uncomfortable and slow x-​rays which you yourself, _​_​_​_​_​, said would be comped). I remain genuinely puzzled by these additional charges when, it is I, following an experience wrought with neglect and mistreatment, who should pursue further action towards compensation of the initial treatments and perhaps beyond. The failure to offer this compensation and furthermore pursue additional charges is a gross misstep in patient and customer care and is testament to the practice’s great disregard for the individual client.
The fillings done by the practice continue to cause me discomfort and I genuinely regret having proceeded beyond a cleaning with Tilden Dental Group. I learned a valuable lesson about trust when dealing with a new medical provider and, though I was quite naïve, will never again leave my insurance verification in the hands of my provider. I hope that you will be honest with future patients. Profit margins should not be the primary goal of healthcare.

I’ve been coming here for about 7 years now and have nothing but good things to say. I’ve had Evita as my hygienist the entire time and she’s always been:
–On time (super important to me)
–Friendly and talkative
–Gentle, she’s never poked me too hard or injured my mouth despite having an arsenal of metal tools at her disposal
–She also has really nice eyes which is a nice bonus while you’re laying there staring up at her: P
I’ve had a few cavities filled over the years and while never a pleasant experience, it was done quickly and mostly painlessly. It was also quite affordable even when my insurance wouldn’t cover all of the fillings.

I’ve been going to Dr. Tilden for over a decade and he has always provided me with exceptional service. I had to have all of my teeth capped due to a genetic disorder that degraded my enamel, and he did a fantastic job: 15 years later I still get compliments on my teeth and smile. He and his hygienists are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

Today was my first visit to a dentist’s office in an embarrassingly amount of years, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service I received here! Cathy is amazing up front, Evita is very knowledgable and comforting, and Dr. Raghian is approachable, professional, and very sensible!

How many people are actually excited to go to their dentist?
Well — since no one is rushing to raise their hands, I guess I’ll go first. Allow me to preface my review by saying that I am someone who hasn’t always loved going to the dentist, even with the pseudo-​orthodontic work I had growing up.
Ask me now though? Go ahead! Ask me if I really love entering the office of Jordan J. Tilden and Dr. «Eddie» Rahgian now? Well, I’ll let the following answer that question…
I enjoy going to my dentist just as much as I enjoy going to my favorite restaurant for pasta and red wine (in moderations of course). Point blank — every dentist office in the world, should visit this place to learn how to do it!!!

I initially left a negative review for this dental location, but after several better visits, I have decided to amend my initial review.
I was initially put off by one of the dentists and what must have been an off day for the secretarial staff. Overall the service, staff, and other dentist are great. It is easy to get an appointment and most of the staff really cares. One of the secretaries recognized me in the hallway of the building and said hello.
This is (mostly) a friendly and personable dentist office.

My husband works in the building and has been seeing Dr. T for a while now. I had my first apt. with him last week. The cleaning was the BEST I have ever had, and Dr. T is very knowledgeable and I also appreciate his senior leadership in his practice and Advanced technology. I will definitely go back. Great Location, Easy Insurance Procedures and Friendly Staff!

This dentist office rocks I had a lot of visits and only great things to say about this place. Evita, Dr. Raghian and the whole staff do a wonderful job.

I had been a patient for 4 years at Dr. Tilden’s office. I say «had» because of my experience this morning.
Before this morning, I had had similar experiences to the other two reviewers — never had a cavity in my life until I saw them at the age of 24 and suddenly had 3 cavities over the next year. I never had a second opinion, and am starting to think I should have. But I convinced myself they were just being thorough and kept going…
Until this morning. I had an appointment that took forever to obtain because (1) they never responded to my email (which according to their website is one way of setting up appointments and (2) once I finally did talk to someone, finding an opening was challenging. Then this morning, I was running 10 minutes late due to a delay on the redline. I called the office 5 minutes before my appointment time to let them know, and was then put on hold for over 5 minutues. I hung up once it became clear they had forgotten about me. And besides, by then I was only about 5 – 10 minutes from the office.
I arrived and was informed that my appointment was given away. I had an 8:00AM appointment and was told at 8:10 that the hygenist, Evita, had already taken her next patient and could see me in 40 minutes. What office doesn’t give a 10 minute grace period? (By the way — since Evita had already taken her patient, that means that she actually gave me even less than a 10 minute grace period!)
This is not the first time I’ve run into problems with this office. The great irony is that don’t think I’ve ever waited less than 20 minutes for my appointment, even when I’ve arrived early.
This office is incredibly poorly run and I do not have confidence in the quality of either the doctors or hygenists. Worst of all, when I told them that I was disappointed in how they were handling this and that they were risking losing a patient after 4 years, they could not have cared less. I will not be back. Stay away from this «practice.»

I had a similar experience here. Went to this dentist because someone also new to the area had been there and was told that I had three cavities (I’ve never had any in my life). I was told I would have to come back in and have them filled. I found out that my roommate also had this happen to her and paid over $ 200 out of pocket. I decided to get a second opinion and was told by my childhood dentist that I had no cavities and this guy was a hack.

i started going to this dentist office because 1) it close to my work and 2) a friend had recommended the office because of Dr. Courtman (now known at Dr. Emery who I go to at Sugar Fix Dental — see my review for further info). but after Dr. Emery left, my experiences at this office went downhill…
enter Dr. «Eddie» Rahgian — first of all, after Dr. Emery left, there was only 1 doctor at their office in my network, so Dr. Eddie was the only doc i could go to — so right there, i had an issue — it was hard to get an appointment with him, being the only doc that i could see. i had to come in on a saturday, which i don’t enjoy, but that was the only time i could get in there for my regular check-​up. the office has always been really nice and so was Dr. Eddie, but after looking at my teeth (that most dentists say are perfect, i have had 2 cavities in my entire life) — he said that something was up with my front tooth… that it was possibly infected, from what he saw on the X-​ray.
the story about my tooth goes a lil’ something like this — in 7^th grade i was on a fast-​pitch travel softball team. i was playing 2^nd base, a grounder came toward, i got in position to get the grounder and pop, it hit a rock and jumped up and hit my 2 front teeth — pushing them back to the roof of my mouth. i had emergency dental surgery that night and they healed after 6 months.
Dr. Eddie referred me to a specialist — and said that i had to get it looked at and the next step might be to get veneers from him, which would be sooooo expensive. i saw the specialist and it only took him a few minutes to see that my teeth were fine, the reason Dr. Eddie thought I had bacteria was because my root does not connect to my tooth, HUGE oversight. the specialist co-​pay for $ 50 (thanks Dr. Eddie). money i did not need to spend.
my friend who goes to him too, was told by him that she had 3 cavities, when in fact, she didn’t have any, and her mother who is a dental assistant was able to figure that out. after that experience i left Dr. Tilden & Associates and now go to Dr. Emery at Sugar Fix Dental, where they don’t try and rip me off!
