Jeff and John were beyond helpful. They were accommodating to my schedule and financial needs and did more than asked and far, far more than expected. This is one of those rare businesses where you remember everyone’s name because of how personable and just plain decent they are. I am officially on board with Jeff and his team indefinitely now, and couldn’t feel any happier or safer in their hands.

We’ve had a great experience with State Farm and with Jeff! Jeff quoted my auto, home owners and insurance on a rental property and was able to reduce our premiums on all when we decided to move our insurance needs over to State Farm.
And unfortunately I got in a car accident and had to actually use my insurance (ugh). That whole process went as smooth as it could (and hope it doesn’t happen again, ever… no offense) and I received a call from Jeff to make sure I was ok on the same day as the accident. Now if that isn’t «like a good neighbor,» I don’t know what is!

So disappointing! I had State Farm back home, and my family loves the company itself. You know the drill: Like a good neighbor… But! Jeff really wasn’t there. He and his staff have done a poor job managing my growing insurance needs. I tried to talk it over, and there is new staff and I’m getting emails and phone calls from different trainees… It just doesn’t seem like there is an actual point-​of-​contact person. I feel like the only time I got one-​on-​one attention was when he took 20 minutes to try and upsale us on coverage we definitely don’t need.

Do not use Jeff for your insurance needs. I have had so many problems dealing with my insurance needs. He is never available and his staff are not trained appropriately to deal with any questions or problems. Last year, his staff lied to me and told me that I was currently covered, but the reality was that they had never written the policy. Sure, he apologized, but in the end there is clearly no checks and balances in his office and his clients are negatively impacted. I think State Farm is a good insurance company, but stay away from Jeff.

Jeff is the man! He is a great guy who takes personal interest in your needs. Where can you say you’ve actually met your insurance agent?! I never have until now! I am happy to say, he actually knows me. I was referred to Jeff by a friend in my building. I am proud to say I purchased a renter’s plan through his office. I have since purchased a vehicle and obtained the vehicle’s insurance from his office as well. The office staff is very friendly and I am currently working personally with Jeff to obtain other StateFarm products. Not to mention, his quotes always come back significantly lower than anywhere else I’ve gotten quotes. Thanks Jeff and staff!
