Jean is a successful entrepreneur who for 29 years has provided staffing to law firms, corporations and government entities.

Jean used her hands-​on-​knowledge from her Eight years as Human Resources Operations Manager preceded by ten years of law firm experience to launch her company. She has a vision, insight and a true passion for people. This helped her build a million dollar company by 1995 and sustain long-​standing relationships with Chicago’s top legal and business leaders.

Jean loves to learn and keeps up with the latest technologies and recruiting techniques. After surviving three recessions, Jean Kripton Inc. is still thriving and stronger than ever.

Jean has served on the Board for Illinois Search & Staffing Association. In addition to her successful staffing firm, Jean is also a certified 5 O’clock Club career counselor.
