I keep saying that I’m not going back to this post office but it’s so convenient to go during my lunch break. The service is the same each time… SLOW!!! There was one lady working and she told one customer how she truly hated working there and only had a few years until retirement. He thanked her for her help and she ignored him. He essentially said, «it’s good to say thank you» when someone gives a compliment. There was another lady there but she kept asking if anyone just needed stamps and she could take them. WHY!!! There has rarely ever been more than one person working behind the corner. There was also once a manager standing out just watching. Really?!? The lady was still moving slowly even with the manager there…

There is always long lines and a messy lobby at this location. The lighting is dark and it makes me feels as if I’m in someone’s sketchy basement. I try not to come here, but if I’m in the neighborhood, it’ll have to do.

The service has improved. I have a good rapport with a couple of the postal workers and they are friendly and make me feel welcome. The long lines is still an issue I must say
