I used to get it cut at korean places and gave this place a try. Ive entrusted my hair here twice before and they i thought they were fine, my friends didnt like it and i didnt think anything of it until i started looking at my old pictures. They were actually pretty ugly, i only overlooked it because i had long hair before and thought they would grow out a little nicer. The only reason im giving it a bad review now is because the guy doesnt care and one of the female workers rushed my haircut it in order to take care of other mongolian customers, so they were being a little unprofessional in favoring their own race. I managed to find a better hair salon thats worth it and more friendly.

First time going to this salon. I showed some pictures of different colors I would like but I told Jackie to do what she thought was best. She directed another stylist and it turned out beautiful. It was not what I expected or usually like, but it’s perfect. There are some minor things that bothered me about the experience, that is why it’s not a 5.
Overall, I will be returning.

I went this beautiful salon yesterday! I colored my hair by myself. After 2 times oh god I looked terrible! Then I decided to go this salon before they closed. Immediately, I called to this salon and woman who picked the phone she was very welcoming me and they got me before they closed. I went there 20 minutes before they closed. Thank god, They were both of the ladies done my hair. They did great job! Also, they have awesome personality also so fun. We shared food together. Absolutely, I would come again this salon. Thank you specially Tseegii sister also one of a kind woman.

This is a new salon which recently opened on the NW side of Chicago. Jackie had worked at a previous salon on Central Ave. I was so happy to find her, and see she has her own salon.
As Always. she did an excellent job on my hair. Color, cut style, wax, for $ 55.00! The salon is new, and well decorated. I hope more local people are aware that she has her own place.
The only negative i would say, if this is a negative, and that is the majority of staff, and clients when i was there were mongolian. Thats fine. It just was uncomfortable at times as no one was speaking Enlgish. Then again, who cares. Jackie did an excellent job.

I just came from getting a mani and pedi from Alice. She is literally the best nail tech I have ever had & I’ve been getting my nails done since my sophomore year in high school.
She takes her sweet time, clipping, exfoliating, and especially messaging. A rarity now because salons are more considered with quantity instead of quality.
She notice my ingrown toe nail and tried to sooth it by clipping dead skin away.
Then when she did my nails, she recommended the color on my nails in my picture! Instead of the black I originally wanted. And she even did some design which I loved and didn’t even charge me extra for. (I had a gift certificate!)
I loved the service so much I came back just to make sure she got her tip!

Lisa has been my hairdresser for the past 4 years. She’s the best that’s why I travel over 15 miles just for her to cut, shampoo and style my hair. It’s worth the drive as this place is very clean, great prices and their staff is very friendly.
They can do every hair style imaginable as well as razor fades. Jackie O’s also offers a wide variety of salon & spa services.

This salon deserves more than five stars. The prices are rock bottom. The staff is friendly and skilled. I’ve had services done at some of the finest salons and spas in the world. The services here are just as top quality, only at a tenth of the price.
Lisa gave me an outstanding shampoo, razor cut, and blow out.
Alice did a great job on my mani/​pedi.
Run, don’t walk, to this place. It’s clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and staffed by knowledgeable professionals.
My only criticism is that they need to remove the plastic off the back of the pedicure chairs. That was a little sweaty, due to summer weather. If they want to protect the fabric, I suggest a towel, slip cover, or spraying Scotch Guard on them.

I used to see Jackie for waxes when she was with Bana and I’m so excited to go see her at her own salon! Booking an appointment asap! Prices can’t be beat and she is a talented woman as well as a very nice person. Trifecta!
