Good food. But terrible customer service. After several visits where I made a point of praising food and service, I went in and ordered a double order of cheese sticks. After charging me they informed me they had no marinara sauce. No offer of refund. Later the same day I took a colleague there to treat her to lunch. After paying I realized I forgot to order a drink. They would not let me use q credit card because of 5 dollar minimum. This was especially annoying after earlier issues. I will not be back. Potbelly next door has a public restroom and better service.

I never have an issue when I visit this location. Fast service and everything is fresh. The slusie machine has some good flavors and a must have when I visit. The customer service is great from the cashier to the cook. Although, we did order the gizzards and they were cooked a little to hard, but still looking forward to my next visit.

As a regular customer, I am insulted that after a certain hour, I can no longer do a phone order. I have stopped eating at this location and mgr Sam and Anwar you should be ashamed that you don’t make exceptions for your«loyal» customers.
