The garage is only a few blocks from Grant Park and is ideal for avoiding Michigan Avenue traffic. Adams & Wabash is also the official parking of Bank of America Theatre.

Convenient location to museum, and park. Would recommend checking within 2 blocks as read other day rates tended to be about $ 10 cheaper. This was $ 44 for 24 hrs.

I used an online app to find the lowest parking rates and chose this garage: everything worked great! I prepaid and used the emailed QR code to easily get in and out; and there were no extra fees or charges. I saw security guards walk through the garage numerous times, so I’m guessing it’s a safe place to park, and it’s right in the heart of downtown Chicago, and right next to the Palmer House Hilton Hotel.

If you’re parking here because it is recommended by Broadway in Chicago as having reduced parking rates, Be careful. Online, you are advised the rates are $ 21.00, however, when I parked at this lot Sept. 7, 2013, it refused my theater ticket, no one available to respond to the help call button, and there was no one in the exit cage so their machine charged me $ 36.00 instead of $ 21.00. It took days and about a dozen phone calls to InterPark’s «Customer Service» to actually speak to someone who then scolded me telling me I should have rang the bell (which I did but no one responded). When I requested a refund of the overcharge, I was told it was supposed to be $ 26.00, not $ 21.00 as noted on the websites, which doesn’t make any sense because it is spelled out that it is $ 21.00.
The location of the parking was fine. The lot itself felt safe.
