This company is a scam — calling via auto-​dialer as 708−761−4459 — refused to acknowledge where they were located until I did some research. Their auto-​dialer message made it sound like they were referred to calling my number via the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles.
So much for following Do-​Not-​Call Registry… FCC complaint filed ;)

This company is very unprofessional. They rarely answer their phone during office hours and rarely, IF EVER, return the client’s phone call. Reese Vargas made mistakes to my tax return and then is acting like a complete jerk when I asked him to re-​do it at no additional charge. I have literally had one of the worst experiences in my 23 years of living in Cicago with Reese Vargas. If they made these mistakes to my tax return, I wonder how many others paid more to the IRS than they should have. This business should be SHUT DOWN.
