Insight Limousine & Sedan

This is the second time I have used Insight Limo service. The first was for my wedding and the second was for a birthday party my wife and I had where we brought 20 friends to Medieval Times.
Jorge is a class act entrepreneur. He treats his clients well and is straight forwards in his approach. His limos are clean and came stocked with some water, beers, and sodas for the guests.
I would recommend his service above all other limo services in the city of Chicago.

It was my first visit to Chicago, and we were 3 girls flying in to O’Hare at midnight on Thanksgiving.
We were afraid of how to catch a taxi so decided to call a limo service, it’s safer was our motivation.
So I took to Unilocal hours before our flight on Thanksgiving day.
Most other Limo companies had unreliable reviews, were booked, or closed.
I called Jorge and he said he would call me back and see what he could do. 20 minutes later he called me back and said OK I can do it, and it’ll cost you this much including tip.
We kept in touch through text on take off and landing, and he was very much on top of us, once we landed he promptly called letting us know the driver was outside and the license plate so we knew which car to approach.
The driver was awesome at welcoming us, the vehicle was a large clean SUV and we were quickly laughing and getting trip advice from Hugo.
We quickly told Jorge that we wanted to schedule a pick up back to the airport, and he put us down. That Sunday we got picked up by Jorge ’ s dad, who was friendly and told us about his family and how the Limo service runs in the family, how proud he is of his kids, and his love for Chicago and Texas. We felt at home. He told us how what Jorge did picking us up last minute on Thanksgiving is rare in the industry and usually only for well known customers, so I highly appreciate everything Jorge did.
We loved Chicago, and starting the trip and ending it with Insight Limousine & Sedan was a key to the trips success.

As you can see I don’t write reviews a lot. I just really wanted to find a way to thank Jorge for his kindness.
I’m a single mom of two young boys and it takes courage for me to go on vacations. Jorge made the start of our vacation to Disney truly magical. I called at the last minute and he showed up the very next early morning right on time at my door. I ordered a sedan and he brought a SUV just in case sedan was too small and kindly mention that I wasn’t being charge for SUV. He didn’t hesitate helping with luggages and was very mindful of sleepy boys not being out in the cold long. We had pleasant conversation in the car about kids, families, Thanksgiving dinners, etc. When I got to the airport I realized I didn’t have my wallet. I had my passport and ID with me. Just no money. Jorge not only offered me paying on my return trip but also asked if I needed cash!!! Luckily my sister was with me and was able to pay but I couldn’t thank Jorge enough for the kindness he showed.
I’m no longer afraid of vacations! I’ve got Jorge! He made me feel that the world was a better place.

I called Insight last Wednesday looking for a car to take our group to the opening night of the Garth Brooks concert. George was very accommodating and gave me several options. The car showed up on time and the driver, Hugo, was a delight. Courteous and friendly, he went the extra mile to make our trip enjoyable and stress-​free. He delivered us to the door leading right to our seat section and was waiting for us when the concert was over. The car was immaculate and looked brand new. I recommend this company highly for their excellent customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism!

I normally don’t worry about a cab to the airport. The morning of my flight, I’m informed of the taxi cab situation in Chicago. PANIC sets in. I call Insight and speak with George and decided it give it a shot. WOW! I will never use another service. Clean, professional, courteous!

I can’t say enough good things about Jorge at Insight Limo! He was the limo driver for both my bachelorette party and my wedding. At the bachelorette, he was on time, very personable and made sure the night went smoothly!
For our wedding, he was again right on time to pick up the groom and groomsmen and take them to meet me and the bridesmaids for pictures in Lincoln Park. He was great when the weather was horrible. He let us borrow his golf umbrella to use during pictures since we only had small umbrellas. He helped me walk across the street and got us back to the venue in plenty of time.
I highly recommend Insight Limousine and Jorge! You will not be disappointed!

Just had a great experience with Insight Limos this past weekend for a bachelorette party. Booking was super easy and the price was reasonable. Jorge was an awesome chauffeur, right on time and super personable. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great night. Will definitely be contacting him again in the future!

Jorge and Danny were very efficient and personable. Highly recommended. I’m here for a business trip but got here a few days earlier to tour the town. Could have taken the train from midway but time was of the essence. He was at the airport within 5 minutes of me advising that I was ready for pick up. We’ll worth it.

We used Insight Limousine on February 5 a day after another major snow storm. We were traveling to Midway Airport. Blanca was our driver. Not only did she arrive early, but she was wonderful. I admit I am a nervous passenger… not so with Blanca. Her driving was outstanding. She was a true professional.
Jorge was our driver on our return from Midway. Our flight was delayed… no worries Jorge was on top of things and probably knew before we did. He was waiting for us as we arrived to Chicago. This company made our travel so much easier.
I can’t say enough great things about Insight. We most definitely will use them again.

We used Insight Limousine for our wedding on July 13, 2013. We can’t recommend them highly enough. Jorge arranged not only our limo service, but shuttle service for our guests as well. He was prompt, professional, and very kind. His rates beat the competition, and the service was first rate. Jorge himself handled the driving responsibilities, and was incredibly patient, as our wedding ran late. The limo was clean and comfortable, and all our rides were very smooth. His limo was very clean and well stocked inside. He picked us up to take us to a concert, which he knew was a surprise for my husbands birthday. Not only was he on time, but he was playing the music of the concert we were going to. It was a great start to a fantastic evening.

I used Insight Limo for a bachelorette party of 9 girls last weekend. Jorge was FABULOUS! It doesn’t get better than the service we received. He was kind, attentive, and the limo was absolutely gorgeous. He even bought us all McDonalds Happy Meals at the end of the night… exactly was a group of girls who has been drinking for 6 hours needed!
I cannot recommend him enough. Really exceeded my expectations.

They did a great job. I had been a little concerned when I booked the limo. They didn’t have a website or pictures, but everything went well so I felt I should write a good review for them.
I called the day before I needed a Limo for 3 hours. The price was fair and the guy who answered the phone communicated clearly. They were 15 minutes early for both pickups. Limo and driver were what I was expecting.

This company provided both a limo and a bus for my wedding in Chicago. They came through with flying colors. The drivers were very friendly and the company had prompt communications. Both vehicles arrived on time and were in fantastic shape. Jorge came through meeting all expectations and I would highly recommend them for any limo or transportation needs. Thanks again!

Very prompt friendly service. Our driver was professional, courteous, and knowledgable of the best route to Midway.
I would definitely use this service again for a trip to the airport. A much better experience than taxi cab roulette.

Jorge at Insight Limo is the coolest! He gets me whatever I need, whenever I need it. Even if it’s last minute (like 20 minutes)!
They have sedans, 6 passenger, and 10 passenger limos. You need more or something else? No problem, just ask!
I love to support small businesses like this because they provide such detailed service. You should try them out!
