I printed with indigo all throughout college and now in my professional career. I cannot stress how great they are. Indigo has always provided the highest quality of prints and have such a quick turn around time that personally I’ve found difficult to find in other printers. They also communicate via email which is a huge bonus.

The GM really helped me out in a jam with some fast large format prints at a reasonable price. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

This is the best place to go for your printing needs! The manager anticipated our needs and was very upfront about any costs (which were cheaper than anywhere else in Chicago/​online). We went here to print our save the dates, wedding invitations, and thank you notes! Not only that, but Indigo has very quick services (print while you wait) ! The staff would even stay late with us past the opening hours to complete our job while we waited. Everyone else we interacted with at Indigo has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We definitely felt like we were getting the highest quality without any sacrifice in price.

After a headache-​inducing experience trying to print out a simple memorial service program at FedEx Office /​Kinkos I desperately emailed several Chicago printing services. Indigo responded quickly, answered all of my questions, offered the best rate by far, completed the job within a few hours, and delivered exceptional work. Very impressive.

I’ve been using Indigo for a range of small /​one-​off print jobs for the past few years and have found them to be fast, helpful and competitively priced. On a few occasions I’ve sent them files that weren’t ideal for printing (didn’t know it at the time, but the sizing or color was off, etc.). They went ahead and fixed the files before printing, because they wanted to make sure everything was perfect. No extra charge, no extra time — just a perfect set of posters.

These guys are the best around! Knowledgeable and helpful staff + exceptionally competitive prices. They saved me about $ 24 doing custom baby announcement cards (vs online & 2 local big name printers). I even learned something new about how to make a better print-​job. Don’t waste your time and money going anywhere else.

I happen to stumble upon this place via a Google search. There were so many positive reviews which encouraged me to try this place out. I first sent one of my clients to Indigo to print some promo cards. She needed them in an extremely fast turnaround. They were able to have everything printed in less than an hour!!! She only had to pay 38!!! They look amazing. A few days later I need some headshots printed. I was going to go to another printer that specialized in printing headshots but Indigo had better pricing, quick turn around and they were closer to my home. I had 5 headshots print for 7 bucks!!! This printing place is such a local gem. Extremely competitive prices, and superb customer service really falls short of adequately describing the awesomeness of the caring professionals at Indigo.
It’s really pretty rare to find a place that takes customer service to the next level, and it becomes even more treasured when you pair it with the abundant willingness to share years of experience based advice.

You won’t find a more helpful place to get your items printed. The best part is they greet you with a smile when you walk in the door. Great Customer service, High quality printing, and seasoned employee group. I’ve yet to send them something they can’t do or take too long to turn around.

If you’re thinking of going to Staples, Office Max, Kinkos … STOP. Be kind to your wallet. Go to Indigo instead: half the price, super efficient, beautiful work. Great independent owned business. Support it.

More businesses need to put the emphasis on good customer service like Indigo Digital Printing does. Our files were not ideal for printing when we came in, but Dustin quickly came up with a solution to get our files printed and cut while we waited. Best customer service from Dustin and his assistant… will be back for any of our printing needs!

Amazing people here who stayed late for me and still emphasized quality. They were warm and friendly chatting with me rather begrudging the inconvenience. Great product, price, and people. I highly recommend printing here in you are in the South Loop for living, working, or attending conferences at the Hilton or McCormick Place.

I was planning a surprise bday party long distance and had to have the items printed and ready upon arrival. Indigo Printing was amazing. Dustin and Catalan provided guidance and much assistance in what size and format I needed. Everything was ready at the specified time and a reasonable price. Great customer service.

These guys are just the NICEST. So here’s the story:
Our biz card printer moo was late in shipping us the cards and I was just about to get on the plane with this unfortunate news. The tradeshow was the following day of my flight.
So I’ve check Unilocal,I saw these guys’ 5 stars, knowing they’re the nicest, I sent them an email with our specs and said that «look I need this urgently, I’m about to get on the plane and I won’t be able any of your questions, we can pay up to $ 1200 but I know this is too much and I know you’re going to be fair to us (I read your Unilocal reviews)»
In other words, this was such a weird request and we were so vulnerable, YET, they did the job for only $ 352 (not just biz cards, but also a big set of brochures)
And not just that, the next day I went to their store to pick up the items, turns out I dropped my wallet there, they gave me a call immediately.
Very honest guys. High quality job. I would give more than 5 stars if I could, they deserve it.

Like most reviews, the quick turnaround time at Indigo Digital Printing is amazing! I worked with both Dustin and Catalin, and they were friendly, communicative and professional. I emailed them for a small print job that demanded a quick turnaround, and that same day, I came in to look at the proofs, and just waited 30 minutes to receive the finished product. The price for the quality and speed is definitely worth it. Needless to say, they definitely delivered and exceeded my expectations.

I placed an order for some foam-​mounted posters, and requested them to be ready in just a few days, which I thought was a very short turnaround time to request. Not only was the order received and processed in an informative and timely manner, but my order was completed faster than I expected, and Catalin, the owner, delivered it personally to our event. What incredible service!
