If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. DO NOT GO. First of all, I purchased off of Groupon today and it said I could make the same day appointment. Tomorrow is New Years Eve so of course, I’ll take a 3:30 appointment. I call after buying on Groupon to confirm and the receptionist says she has no idea who I am and they don’t even book on the half hours. I think it’s fraudulent on Groupon and get my money back. You would think I got the hint and stayed away… NOPE! I show up for my 3:00 appointment and see a sign for $ 35 no chip/​mani/​pedi. (GROUPON IS NO DEAL!) It’s very unorganized, shady and awkward I wanted a gel fill with no chip and a pedicure. After 2 hours, they charged me $ 25 for a fill and $ 35 for the mani/​pedi! She said this was a deal?! Never in my life will I go back. The minute this chips (I feel it in the air) I’m going back and demanding a refund!

The worst! Went here for acrylic fill. Gal was not very experienced. Left me with acrylic stuck all over my fingers and big cuts where she used the file improperly. I can hardly use my hands two days later. They should not have a license

Made an appointment for a friend and I and we both got there on time. My friend waited 40 minutes with no apology. They also charge $ 10 to take off no chip, which is a little much. When my friend asked to have that part comped since we waited after making an appointment, Kim told her she didn’t wait. We were a little confused by that… You get what you pay for!

Made an appointment for 5:30, but didn’t get served until 6. I understand walk-​ins happen but then don’t take appointments. Priority should be placed on people who make appointments. Because of the backup the technician ran through my manicure and pedicure paying little attention to detail. Looked messy after. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back.

Two months later, my injured toe now has a horrendous ingrown toenail. Do NOT go here. Ingrown toenails occur for a few reasons, but it’s pretty clear that mine is the result of an open soar that got infected. This is completely unacceptable

Purchased a Groupon worth $ 104 for two Mani/​Pedis for $ 39. Asked if I could upgrade both Mani’s to No Chip. Said I could only cash in the Groupon for one No Chip Mani & a Pedi. So basically paid $ 39 for a $ 65 service. Oh & was charged $ 10 to remove No Chip. So cost me $ 49. Should’ve just gone to another place & paid $ 55. Oh & Mani/​Pedis are always on special for $ 33. So the Groupon «deal» was really only worth $ 66, not $ 104. Hmm…
My nails need to be filed very short as am a massage therapist. My nail technician complained half a dozen times that polishing short nails is really difficult. Um, my nails have been this short for three years now & she was the first technician ever to complain. She left nail polish on the skin of my fingers & even cut my cuticle during the Mani & had to stop it from bleeding. Said it’s my fault she cut my finger as there was so much skin to remove. Um, I receive biweekly Manis/​Pedis. BTW, my thumb is still hurting typing this. Oh & have four massage clients tomorrow…
I never ever plan on returning.

God awful. I got a Groupon for a no chip mani and spa pedi. The no-​chip started to peel within 4 days, I called to complain and was told to come in during the weekend to get it redone. I arrive and the manager didn’t communicate to the staff that I was coming and no one was available to redo my no-​chip mani. I couldn’t wait an extra hour so I had to reschedule. Very annoying, especially since I have to go out of my way to make it downtown.

people here are friendly, but their skills are terrible. the mani was terribly done. i could see the polish on the edge of all my fingers. I could do a better job by myself.

Tried this place after buying a groupon for their mani-​pedis. Have been here twice and both times, the service is average and more importantly the mani-​pedi is not very well done. Color chips pretty fast (maybe they aren’t using a good topcoat?), I always find places where they haven’t really applied the polish well (I mean I can do an average application on my own nails, don’t need to go to a salon for that) and this may not be important for everyone, but the atmosphere is stuffy and uncomfortable. Will not be returning.
