Business Owner

Jason William Johnson is founder and Managing Consultant of Identity Engineers, a Psychological Design firm that utilizes psychological principles to provide organizations with professional development solutions, provide clients with innovative new businesses and products, and build brands. Jason focuses on helping clients understand the psychology behind their business enterprise; whether that entails helping clients understand the personality strengths of their team, the core values of their brand, or how their customers perceive their products, events, and services.

Jason holds a Masters of Industrial Organizational Psychology as well as a Bachelors in Psychology. His research interests include The Relationship between Personality and Entrepreneurship, Regulatory Focus, Branding and Customer Perception, and Business Applications of Personality Psychology. He also has over 5 years experience as a web developer and graphic designer.
