I have used iclean for over two years and I love them! Cristina is phenomenal and has great customer service and cleaning techniques. I live in a 4 story townhome with a cat and a dog, and I love the two days a month I come home to a spotless home. Iclean pays great attention to detail and uses natural cleaning products. Cristina also does a great job scheduling, and sends text reminders. I would highly recommend them! They are very trustworthy and efficient. You will not be disappointed!

We’ve had cleaning companies clean our condo before and none of them have been better than Cristina and the iClean team. You can’t beat the level of cleanliness Cristina and her team provide. Every nook and cranny is spotless when they’re done.
They also bring ALL their own supplies and they’re eco friendly! Oh, and their fee is super reasonable!
She also sends a reminder via text every month to schedule the cleaning, and 9 times out of 10, they’re available for the date we choose. We also love that they’re available on Saturdays and Sundays. If they’re going to be late, Cristina has always texted me to let me know. I highly recommend Cristina and iClean and will always use them to clean my residence, wherever I live in the Chicago area.

I had to stop using them. They were awesome the first time and then the remaining 2 appointments were really late. Really late. I liked the ladies a lot-​they seem so nice, just can’t use them because I can’t be late for work and need to let them in.

I’d give them negative stars if I could. they stood me up for my original appointment, they never returned any of my calls or emails until weeks later, and they were rude when I finally did get a hold of them over the phone. use someone else instead and save yourself the trouble. THEY ARE AWFUL.

The first time they came, they were awesome. They were late, but once they got there, they cleaned very quickly and efficiently. I was very happy.
However, I’ve been trying to contact them for days to set up an appointment, and it is constantly being forwarded to voice mail. Are they still in business? This is irritating, because I’m now on a tight schedule and have to find someone else to come because I’m moving out of my apartment.

It seems there are similar stories here and on their home page as well — car trouble, car accidents. The first appointment they were 3 hours late because of car trouble. I had to call them to find out what was happening. They did a great job so, I scheduled another appointment and they never showed or called.
I called today to inquire what happened for the 2^nd appt and I was told that they arrived for my 2^nd service (on the Groupon) and called me but I didn’t answer. Isn’t that convenient? And I was certainly home and my phone seems to get calls just fine from others.
I’ll be following up with Groupon as well.

I so wanted this to work. I got a groupon for 3 cleanings as the reviews were so good. They were a bit spotty in returning my call but we got it scheduled. Then, ½ hour before they are supposed to show, the woman (Christine) calls to let me know the crew was in a car accident but that she could send another crew within the hour. I asked if everyone was ok and told her it was fine as I had someone waiting at home for the cleaning. They never arrived. Didn’t answer any calls, no emails, nothing. Its been over three weeks and now they don’t even answer Groupon’s calls.
Terrible experience, I wouldn’t use them if you paid me. In this day and age, all you have to do is answer a call and apologize. Or send an email. What a disappointment.

I have been working with Cristina at IClean for almost 2 years now, although I believe she joined IClean at some point within the last year. Regardless, she always does a phenomenal job. I live in a townhouse with 3 other roommates and she spends the entire day turning the place upside down. Trustworthy, efficient, and always does a GREAT job. Nothing better than getting home from the office and having a spotless home. Highly recommend their services and will continue to use them moving forward.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have no idea how their services are because they never returned my calls or messages. I bought a Groupon a little over a month ago and tried setting up service for the last month. I called several times and it went straight to voicemail. I assumed they were probably cleaning so understood that part, until I left four messages with no response. I even contacted Groupon and they contacted this service to call me – still NO RESPONSE. I will never use this company now. I will instead contact a business that wants new clients or at least returns messages. Uncool iClean, uncool.

Extremely polite/​professional, and they were flexible enough to work with my crazy schedule. They sent two cleaners who did an amazing job in an efficient timeframe. They’re quite meticulous and thorough. They have a long checklist of tasks and they bring their own cleaning supplies/​vacuum which seems obvious, but actually wasn’t the case across the board for all cleaners that I researched.
I found them through groupon, but they also had some similar special when I called on the phone to schedule, so just check their website and see what kind of price they’ll give you. I’d definitely recommend them to any friend looking for cleaning services. The prices are very fair. Most services charge $ 80+ for 2 hours. They’ll send just 1 cleaner for that price, and they try to act like it’s a good deal. I know this because it’s the price I paid for my last cleaner.
This service also will come downtown. I researched some services who refused to drive downtown because they didn’t want to pay for parking. The awesome prices, combined with the fact that they send two cleaners, really makes this service stand out in the city.

Great services and arrived on time, finished everything within 2 hours. Did a great job with our bathrooms, kitchen and living room.
Seems very professional — e.g. put on shoe covers before enter our unit, rearranged the layout of my magazines
