In-​Home Evaluation

Whether looking to sell your home or just looking to re-​design and update the look, an In-​Home Evaluation is the best way to assess your staging needs. The evaluation can include a walk-​thru of both the outside and inside your home and will focus on the strengths and weaknesses of your home thru the eyes of a potential buyer. Typically, an In-​Home Evaluation will take 1 – 2 hours depending on the condition and size of your home. If requested, an in-​home evaluation report can be created which will outline a plan for an additional cost.

Half day Staging or Re-​design

For smaller homes or limited re-​design, a half day staging services is an excellent way to show quick results and can be a very economical staging option. The goal of this service is to work with your existing furniture and accessories to create a fresh new look. We will highlight the areas of your home that will have the most dramatic impact on potential buyers.

Leticia at Home Stage Oasis helped me stage my condo in Old Town to prepare it for the market. I loved Leticia’s flexibility in terms of how she works with her clients. In my personal case, I wanted to do the execution (finding most of the ‘extras’) myself. Leticia was fantastic about telling me what needed to be done in each and every room – paint colors, arrangement, furniture and fixtures. The majority of items she used were from my own existing collection, which demonstrated her ingenuity and imagination. AND she noticed things that I had long since overlooked after living in the place for 12 years. Leticia is attentive, thoughtful, cost-​conscious, and just an all around great person to work with! Leticia has the ability to make a house look like it should be showcased on the cover of a magazine. She is artful, and creative, and so obviously loves what she’s doing! I also appreciated the warm consideration she gave me. Leticia gave her options and vision, so that she felt good about the staging rather than overwhelmed by it. Concerned about being able to sell my home in this depressed buyers market, I decided to try staging. Leticia and Home Stage Oasis did an outstanding job of knowing the best way to showcase my home. For very little cost (Leticia used most of my current furniture and accessories) my home looks amazing. It shows how hiring a professional can truly make a difference. I was hesitant at first retaining someone to stage my home for sale. Our house was already nicely furnished, but it could use some expertise on making the home more attractive to buyers. The owner of Home Stage Oasis came over and listened to my needs. She was attentive and patient. She gave me some very practical recommendations on how to improve the flow of the rooms by reorganizing my furniture, shelves and closets to create more space, which I would have never known. She spent also a lot of time actually doing the work, which I appreciated as it was difficult for me to do with a young child. I would recommend her for future work.
