Like others, the name of this store was so cheesy, I think we’d never thought to go in. I’m glad we took the opportunity to over Andersonville’s Arts Weekend. It is a bit pricey, but the clothing here is very nice and a lot of it includes European brands that are so much more flattering and slimming on slender bodies than often boxy-cut American clothes. My husband tried on a gorgeous tweed jacket that we didn’t splurge on, but there were also fun, practical items – like short, plain, fuzzy lined rubber boots, perfect for the fall. The staff was super helpful and friendly – directly my husband away from sizes that were too large for him and steering us towards other colors and styles where appropriate. We’ll be back!

His Stuff is a great mens clothing store with helpful staff. Their selection is great-with a variety of seasonal attire that is trendy-yet chic. They have a rewards program that is great too. I cannot remember what the ratio is for points to dollars spent, but I have managed to get some great deals with them. Keep up the good work!

Although the prices are a bit on the high side, are YOU not worth it? One of the reasons why I love His Stuff is because it always has a great selection on the latest fashionable clothing. Great T-shirts, awesome jackets, cool sweaters, great jeans, and wonderful accessories to go with your outfit. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. One of my favorite stops when I venture into Andersonville, day or night!

I agree with Bryan C: this place is a great discovery that has been under my nose for years. Been here a few times now and plan to come back regularly. Very personalized and attentive service, especially by «T» if I am spelling that right. The stuff on the«sale» rack is more amazing and stylish than anything I have in my collection, and most of the regular stock is more expensive but not exhorbitant. Its amazing how one brand fits way to large while another fits way too small… and they are always able to predict what size will fit me, its uncanny(who knew that size 30 pants and an XL shirt could both fit perfectly! – Im ususally 32 at best and medium-large).

I have walked by this store a thousand times and finally went in the other day looking for a warm hat. I think maybe the name ‘His Stuff’ bugged me so I never cared to enter, but it turns out this is now one of my favorite stores, if not my favorite store in Chicago. It’s like someone picked my brain for all of the brands and styles that I like and then created a store within walking distance of my apartment where I could buy everything. The staff is super-helpful and friendly and the shopping experience was one of the most pleasant I have ever experienced in my life. ‘T’(not sure if that’s how you spell his name) was awesome and willingly lent his opinion on everything I tried on. I left with two hats and a scarf and am definitely heading back when I need something else. They carry some great modern and classic brands.

When Moneypenny isn’t around to pick up a shirt or some slacks for James Bond, what does he do? He most likely would go here and stock on some sweaters, button-ups and slacks. That is, Connery, Roger Moore and Daniel Craig — not Timothy Dalton.

I used to shop at the His Stuff in Andersonville when I lived there, and now I shop at the new store in Lakeview which is closer to home now. I think both stores are great. The owners and staff are always helpful and friendly. The dressing rooms are nice and clean. I really like the selection of shirts and accessories, I can always find something nice for work. I tend to shop from the many choices in the front of the store, rather than the Hugo Boss and other items in the back of the store. I have shopped at Big Stuff at least 15 times, and I always enjoy shopping at His Stuff(and love to support local retailers rather than the big corporations downtown.) And don’t forget their rewards card — it’s obvious they value their customers.

As far as I know, the only strictly guy’s shop that there is in Andersonville. It’s a neat shop, things for today’s metro-sexual man. Some of the best designers for jeans, watches, shoes, t-shirts, and even whitey tighty’s. I know??? what metro-sexual man wears those?!? I have picked up a couple of shirts from here while the girls are off at Presence(I know… all you girls love that store). Me I prefer to go to Charlie’s(Bar) instead of shopping. It is super expensive here but at least the staff is very kind and helpful.

Great place for shirts and clothes for men. They are extremely friendly with great customer service. They do understand that customers have choices with where they shop(I choose HISSTUFF). One suggestion open in Lakeview, but if you can’t I will make the shlep, just for the customer service. Love you guys!!!
