Meet the Business Owner
Andy C.
Business Owner
Born in California, but raised in Thailand he began cooking from the time he could help his mother. he firstly started formal culinary study through a weekend program where he learned basics Thai and Chinese techniques. In 2004, he came back to California where he began his career in cooking. Living without his parents, he moved around frequently to get more experience while continuing to learn and perfect his culinary skills. At the age of eighteen, he decided to go to Le cordon bleu culinary school, Chicago in order to elevate his abilities beyond that of an amateur to a professional.
