Been coming here for 2 years now and I’ve made some serious Gainz guys. Please make sure to come and give this gym a shot we got all the equipment you need to build some muscle man.

Dirty.old.crowded. That about sums it up. I don’t see how anyone could give this five stars. It’s got all u need as far as equipment gos but that’s the only good thing. And it’s old equipment. No one re racks weights, it’s filthy, broken weights all over, it’s pretty much a 30 year old garage gym. But for 3 bucks a day when ur from out of town, it gets the job done.

Used to work out here many years ago. Great gym. It has the basics and all the iron is from the 70s. The owner was a former powerlifter and he stays true to his brand by keeping things simple. It’s a very popular place for cops and firefighters. There’s no extra bells or whistles. I used to take advantage of the student plan when it was $ 10 a month. That’s a steal. If you don’t need more than iron, like treadmills, etc. this is the perfect place to be. Holistic fitness at its finest.

Small Gym but worth of attention. No contracts, just pay and start to work out. It got what it should if you want to build strentgh and muscle.
