Horrible, horrible, horrible. I have been calling this office for two years because my 2006 AND 2007 taxes were messed up. No one calls me back.
They never filed my 2006 state taxes (what am I paying you for?) and they messed up my 2007 so bad that they told me they would give me a refund which they never have.
There is never a manager around and they have a bunch of clueless idiots answering the phone that say they will pass on a message. I have never gotten one call back. Beyond poor customer service. Blatant ignorance is more like it.
