Beware of the 100 W Randolph Chicago office. I wanted to make a tax adjustment and I spent an hour waiting to pay with my credit card. Their system was down. I tried to pay by check, and discovered that their photocopy machine was down also. The branch manager, Patricia Mccurry-​Hearns did not do much to help. When asked about how satisfied I was„ Patricia told me that «I was satisfied, right?» and did not give me a chance to voice out any complaints.
Poor service. The office does NOT have a reliable system. Beware!”
